I thought it was just me but after reading all of the reviews it seems as the lady at the front doesn't like her job or people. It's a shame that this company allows this woman to treat people the way that she does. I'd rather drive to the Summerlin location and get my food from there than to ever deal with her again

I love this place !! I come here often with my daughter! Their food is soooo good. Very kind service and very good food (: I was happy with their chicken Katsu !! People say lady at front is rude but she's never been rude to me, but I'm also very kind to her so kindness is rewarded with kindness friends :)

I orders mine Hawaiian short ribs. Where was the seasoning? The food was greasy. No napkin included or to be found . I was given a plastic fork and knife and I was tearing up the box to try and cut it. The place was clean, however no one was there! I threw most of the meal in the trash. I will not be returning.

Always a good place to eat at a reasonable price. No real frills, just good food and good service.

The food is great, however the service isn't so nice. The women at the front always seems in a stand off bad mood.

This location is horrible. The bbq chicken had no flavor to it. I have been to other locations and the food is delicious. The chicken could have been cooked more and with less fat on the meat. Will not be ordering again here.

The food is really good and the portions are huge. Four regular plates for $54. You can't beat that.

If you need a simple, filling lunch or dinner, get a chicken katsu. You get a lot of rice and chicken, with a side of macaroni salad and katsu sauce. I always get a spam musubi with it, it’s delicious!

I asked the lady nicely to put Macaroni salad on a separate small container and she refused to. Upon arriving to pick up the food. No eye contact, no good evening, welcome to L&L even after I make the payment. 0 customer service. Lady with short hair at the cashier. Pls train your employees to have better customer service. I wanted to not come back because of her. She is very rude and her face omg like she didn't want to be there!

Food is below average. Lady at the counter was horribly rude sat in a chair the whole time never smiled or attempted to offer any type of service. Restaurant is very dirty they had a sign that the restrooms were broke but staff clearly used the restrooms the entire time we were there. Way better Hawaiian options elsewhere. Don't know how this places passes health inspection.

I ordered my food today and there was a hair in the macaroni salad! The cashier is the most rudest disrespectful worker there, Shes over charging people and when I called her out on it she got mad and slammed the cash register. They really have damaged the name and what it use to be about! Do not go to this location or the location on Stephanie in Henderson. Horrible food and service!!

I love the lumpias. The only thing is I wished they wouldn't wrap it up in the bag for it to be soggy instead of putting it in a foam container, with slits or small holes, to keep it somewhat crispy.Hawaiian bbq seems to taste the same no matter where you get it from. The taste doesn't differ. The macaroni salad is ok. I either get that or the rice. I don't want too much starch.Since I don't have any Filipino friends or know of any who make lumpias here in Las Vegas, this is as close as it gets.In California, I used to have a friend who'd make this for me, and I could order them from a Filipino restaurant by the pan.But whenever I do want Hawaiian BBQ, this is the first place I go to. I don't know of any other Hawaiian BBQ places.
