Got myself an Horchata.Being from LA, I need my sugar fix once in a while in the form of a Horchata. When I found out that they had a La Michoacana here, I was estatic. Anybody and everybody from Socal knows what La Michoacana entails...an Awesome Mexican Dessert and Snack Shop! They have all flavors of Paletas here and Aguas Frescas. As previously mentioned, I got myself a large Horchata.Heres the good thing...It's creamy and delicious. But and this is just a small but...it probably needs a bit more cinnamon. Other than that, it's good.

So I've been here a hand full of times but I've never taking the time to write a review. My wife and I stopped in a few days ago and we order a chamango, tamarindo con chamoy , mango con chamoy , mango , fresh con crema and arroz con leche, The chamango was mango ice cream with chamoy tajin and mango chunks. But in all honesty was lacking they mango flavor but time. Idk if it's not mango season or what but it was not the day. It's cost me about 8/9$ so that was actually a big bummer. I think the paletas are around 3.50 for one. A bit up there if you ask me for an ice cream. None of the flavors really blew our minds they are kind of just basic if you ask me. We don't go back because they taste amazing we go back because it's either them or baskin robins. All in all we spend about 50$ for that little ice cream run kind of outrageous. The place is decently clean inside. You have the option to eat inside if you'd like. They have a ton of other snacks and have a huge selection of food to choose from. But who goes to eat food at and ice cream parlor. With that being said if your want a flavor you don't usually see in the store this place is great. Just don't expect a really great experience or a gourmet ice cream. This location is off of Tropicana and mtn vista scotches street from Cardenas.

Terrible service, the manager or I don't know what the service is, super bad and she complains that the children touch things, the food is terrible, I give her a zero ??? I won't return to this place ??

Came here on a Friday night 10 minutes before closing, I was so happy I made in time because they close at 8pm right. I then walk to the front counter and get greeted by a young lady that lets me know instantly that whatever I decide to order it would have to be togo. I said that's fine I just want two crepes with Nutella togo, she immediately informs me that they no longer are making crepes. I said but you guys have that up on the menu, you are open, and you are not busy?? She explains to me that this business stopped making crepes 5 minutes ago before I arrived. She says to me I can offer you ice cream or an agua fresca right now. Meanwhile she's cleaning and in a rush to be off is what it looked like to me. I let her know you are false advertising with the crepes up on your menu right now and the business is called La Michoacána La Premier and Crepes but you refuse to sell me two crepes that will take 5 minutes of your time at the most. This place lost business from me I will never return or recommend this place, I would rather drive to a farther crepe place then to go back there & receive shitty customer service and lazy staff members.

Lazy and sloppy workers! I got the doritos prepared with cucumber pork skin.... cucumber were not good beyond expired ( didn't know till I got home) I asked to cut the pork skin since they would do it in the past and they said no smh how am I fitting that on my dorito smh not recommended

They're rude here and they talk back like they're owners . Owners check your people here .

This has been my main location for the past 3 years. During this time they went through COVID changes and changes in management/staff. Their menu options are still great quality! I go back for their aguas frescas and elotes regularly. They've added other products and merchandise to their inventory including some beautiful Mexican style dolls that are hand made. I bought them as a gift and love that they're partnering with local craft makers. I believe this location is not Mexican-owned-- the owner is a middle eastern man that is around sometimes. But he seems to employ the correct staff with some high turnover as far as I'm able to tell. I once wanted to put an order in over the phone and they only accept Door Dash orders, but made an exception for me since I was already on my way. The staff was so kind and understanding and made for a quick pickup when I needed it for me and my family.

Okay first of all the food was amazing and everything and definitely 5 stars. But the real reason I'm here is because I was there at the same time as the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. The whole time I was trying to build the courage to ask for her number but I simply couldnt. So I left and I regret not doing so, so much. If there's any way I could get any help in finding her it would he greatly appreciated. I was there 6:45 to 7:15 pm on February 11th, 2023. I was sitting in the 2nd booth and she was in the one in front of me. I NEED to find her. I don't even think it's possible to find her but I need to atleast try. I set up a new Instagram called tryingtofindher1 and if anyone that can help sees this or hell if she even sees this please text me there.

I've been to this place so many times. I've tried ice cream, elotes, elotes with cheetos, esquites, etc and I've never had a problem. My family ordered a couple things and I ordered an elote with hot cheetos. Took a bite out of it and had my husband take a bite. Both of us were disgusted, it was so hard, as if it was going bad. I went up to one of the ladies and let her know my concern and left the elote on the side counter. I sat back down with my family, she came back with a small sample of the other batch of elotes they have back there and wanted me to try it because I was wrong and all the other elotes back there are just fine. Like what? I've never had this experience before and quite honestly shocked. Why would I lie about something like that? Especially when I've had these before and they all tasted good. She was literally trying to argue that I was wrong and wanted me to try the sample. I never argued nor did I ever ask for anything in return when I told her about my concern. Accept that your product was gross and leave it at that! Absolutely terrible customer service. My family and I grabbed everything that we had ordered as we were all dining in and left. As we were gathering our stuff, she proceeded to let me know that i can go grab the elote i left on their counter and throw it away. What? Won't step foot in here ever again, please educate your employees on customer service. I paid for something I've always gotten in the past, and came out completely disappointed.

First time at this ice cream and the service was horrible the worker was too pregnant to help me with getting the order I was requesting. She looked tired and lazy, couldn’t understand what I was saying and then I asked her for a refund or correcting my order for her not getting my order right she said no. The ice cream was terrible and tasted cheap. Watch out for the pregnant meanie that works there. I will never come to this location ever again.

The Elotes were bland and could have used some salt. Bubu lubu milkshake was really good. Also, they only do tap or cash for payments. Luckily I own an iPhone and put all my info in otherwise I would have walked out empty handed
