Great ambiance for a medium sized setting. Very relaxing, great choice of background music. Staff very attentive and helpful. There is a small standalone bar separate from dining area. Food was excellent, garlic bread is stellar. Definitely another visit in the near future.

Rather than post a "1" star, I thought it best to call and speak with the waitress that served us last night. That was a mistake. I ordered a "regular" crust pizza, not the "thin" crust. The crust edges were tasty. The crust itself was the thinest soggiest mess I have ever eaten. You couldn't pick up a slice. Instead you needed to eat this slimy mess with a fork. I used to get good pizzas there. Until they figure out what changed and go back to their quality, we won't be back. Unfortunately they, like most restaurants, have taken the position that a customer is supposed to accept inferior quality. I think what infuriated me more, was that I felt that it was an inconvenience that I called to make them aware of what had happened. To suggest that I am to accept the sogginess because it had mushrooms on it, is absurd. If you scroll through other "1" star ratings, you will find others didn't appreciate a soggy crust. With others citing the same complaint, you would think you might determine you have a problem in the kitchen Lino's.

Ate in at 3:30 pm, only customers at the time. Ordered pizza and spaghetti. Garlic bread was too burnt to eat. Pizza crust was soggy on the bottom and burnt around the edges. Spaghetti was drowning in sauce. Waitress had to have seen the burnt food and later asked if everything was ok. We just paid for food and left without complaining , guess we were not in the mood to deal with our whole meal being reordered. We have gone here for years but will now never go back.

We were the only customers at about 2 p.m. Looks like a nice restaurant. The food was just average. Not impressed. We got chicken parmesano and shrimp scampi. Probably will not revisit. We had their pizza years ago and thought we would try their other food.

It was a Sunday evening and didn't feel like eating at home so my wife suggested Lino's. Glad she did- from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a great experience. The staff was great and the food was delicious....especially the dessert!!! (Spumoni ice cream). Food was all homemade, came out piping hot. Loads of flavor....great place!!!!

My husband and I ate dinner here on a Saturday night at 5pm. There were a few other people inside and I found the place quite intimate. We were seated right away. The staff was extremely friendly. It really makes a difference when a business has excellent customer service because you feel validated. They set a new bar for my customer service standard expectations. We ordered garlic knots, buffalo chicken wings and a 12 inch pizza to share. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake and carrot cake. Everything was surprisingly delicious. They know what they are doing in the kitchen. If you love a good meal you need to dine at Lino's.

Take it for what it is. Good steady little Italian American restaurant. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just a quick meal. And everyone in our party was really happy with the friendly service and the food.
