The food is great and most of the employees are nice. The wait can be pretty long so I recommend ordering ahead. The pricing is very affordable too. The location itself is a little ghetto so it takes away from the experience but overall it’s a pretty good pizza place.
My food sat on the counter for 30 minutes before I had to ask for it again, watched the box get pushed back and ignored, said thanks and she walked back to the register ignoring me, it’s a normal monday and I get it your busy but change your attitude, rude girl up front for the night.Save 5 minutes of a drive and go to the Valle Verde location.

Waited 12 minutes for 1 of the 5 people in the kitchen doing nothing to come help me, but they refused to move so I left emptyhanded. Useless restaurant staffed by people who couldn't care less

Ordered online at approximately 555pm Sunday 3-24. App said it would be ready 621 to 625pm. Arrived at pickup time and only half of our 4pc order was ready. The room was full of people. We told the very clearly confused person working at the front. Finally at 7pm we had watched the room full of people come and go, and new people walk in and go, so we asked once again about our pizzas and he said they were in the oven. We didn't believe him and asked for our money back and ordered online from another location in which it was ready when we walked in the door. The guy at the front counter at this location really seemed like he didn't have a clue how to handle his job. He looked delirious. Clueless...Confused. He needs to be replaced. He can't handle the job and is making Little Caesars look terrible. Get rid of this bafoon!!!

I ordered 2 pizza's and breadsticks at 1pm they told me is was going to be ready at 1:25 .1:40 they said it's ready... Go in and they say that we have to wait another 10 minutes for the breadsticks.. never enough people working. And the people that are working are F-ing rude

What’s the point in charging for sauce if you don’t put it in the delivery? I get it people make mistakes but then I call and immediately get put on hold for 20 minutes (and going) is crazzzyyyy.

The store manager lady that works there is very rude and super unprofessional. She embarrassed me and then went back by the oven and whispered something to her employee in Spanish and they both shared a laugh while looking at me!!. I hate this store.

How was your weekend oh yeahwell we had throw up and diarrhea ugh it was so nasty I’m never ordering from this location again because My brothers and me ate some pizza it was good until the next day we had me and my 8 year old brother had only diarrhea my 3 year old brother had threw up 13 times so I’m ordering from a different location instead of this place with food poisoning and salmonella??????? fix this now
