This time I go in after estimated time and they said they didn't even have my order. So I still had to wait 60 minutes. Don’t come here. Drive a little further and save some time and patience.

Placed order at 6:05pm and app quoted a delivery time of 7:24-7:29pm. An hour-and-a-half seemed a little long, but it was a Friday and 8 pizzas so I understood. Delivery time kept getting bumped so had to call the store and Doordash driver was waiting at store over 45 minutes. Food finally arrived at 8:01pm... cold. Horrible. Never again.

Worst Little Caesars location ever. They consistently take 40+ minutes for ANY order. Tonight I ordered a classic pepperoni and crazy bread on the app. An hour later, they haven't even started. That should be a hot and ready order. Disgraceful.

Crew eating pizza while everyone waiting to even be asked if we needed anything. I arrived for my order,paid..lady left went to the restroom... Proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for a pizza that was already done... Got 35 minute pizza a fuct off.
Used to order food for work. Paid in the morning for my pizza to be READY at 4:45. They MIGHT start making it at that time. It won't be ready for another half hour, for one pizza. Then today, 4 people walked out, and told me my pizza wouldn't even be put in until 5:30, long after I need to goto work. Whoever the GM of this little Caesars is needs to be FIRED. IMMEDIATELY. this is pure incompetence on a higher up level.

Ordered online, went to grab our order at the portal, and it was missing. After approaching the Manger about the issue. She could not "deny nor confirm" what happened to our order.So she is either incompetent or negligent of her duties. I understand this is bottom line pizza. But im sure many other customers outside of myself would expect some kind of accountability when mistakes are made.Your manager runs this shop like she runs her life.Edit: lowering the stars lmao because after reading the rest of the reviews, it looks like you guys have an issue to correct. It's not very difficult to do your job, and it's embarrassing to see you can't find people with a high enough IQ to make your pizza.

HOT AND READY..... means you walk in get ur pizza and walk out with in 5 mins... key word is ready... it opens at 10:30am I walk in at 11:25 order 2 hot and ready and have to wait about 25 mins... smh...
