I would give 0 stars to this location, I ordered online, the waiting time was 1 hour. I got there according to the estimate time just to be told that my order wasn’t ready and I have to wait 40 more minutes.

Rude staff unorganized not very efficient. Put order for time pick up wasn't ready till half hour later.
I ordered 5 pizzas online for pickup expecting to pick them up at the time the email provided. The tracker never updated that they were even making the pizzas get there and the manager is side hustling with a friend not in line to give him pizza. And I'm told it'll be 15-20 more minutes. Meanwhile I have hungry teenagers and no pizza.Plus the place smelled like cigarette

I was so upset to have ordered my food online it said it was going in the oven at 5:35 at 6:15 I went inside like where is my food it was still sitting on the counter it was so cold I had to reheat everything at home then it did not have that good flavor the wings had no sauce and my pepperoni in the old fashioned pizza were dry and disappointing all I wanted was hot and ready and fresh but I got slow not ready cold and sad

A hour wait, supposedly system went down. Charged me for crazy bread but we’re out of them, gave me stuffed bread instead. Got a cheese pizza, tased as if was left out for awhile.Phone lines were ringing off the hook. People were coming in and going out, a lot of people waiting for food.
