They always take extremely long amounts of time to get food out, even when mobile ordering. Had a mobile pickup sent to be picked up in 30 minutes, when arrived, the status had not even changed to in the oven. Wasn't ready on time.

I don’t know what’s happened to this location since the last time I was here last year but boy did it go downhill. I ordered online with an estimated pickup time of 7:05 to 7:11 pm. At 7:06 pm I get an email that it’s ready to pickup from the portal. Even gave me the code to open the portal. So I go in and they say it’s not actually ready and they’re just waiting on the breadsticks…and I didn’t get my order until 7:50 pm and it was cold by that point. Staff seemed overwhelmed and frankly pretty clueless. I don’t know if there was a manager on duty or not but it sure seemed like there wasn’t. Don’t waste my time and tell me the food is ready when it’s not.

This store is run by young people, you can see them outside smoking marijuana. and when you go in to ask for your order, they tell you that it's not there, they can't make it and they make up any excuse not to make it, idiots, useless, but the corporation is not going to do anything, just keep in mind that your pizza can last longer than an hour and at the end they tell you that they are not going to do it

I use love little Caesars deep dish, was great. Now it's two round uncooked doughballs with a couple pieces of peperoni. Nothing worse then getting home from a long day only to throw your money into the trash and still hungry. I decided to check the pizza this time before leaving. Came out not cooked again. I gave it back and never coming back again.

I was expecting crazy out of control type of energy, considering the fact that it's Super bowl Sunday but, It was a great experience today picking up my order. These stores used to be in big box stores like Walmart and Kmart. I remember shopping with my mom and seeing the little Caesar guy all over back then. It’s amazing how in 20 years the branding hasn’t changed much. This brand is a tried and true slice of Americana that has stayed strong for decades. 5.99 for a fresh pizza- the sauce tastes great and great crust /cheese. I am grateful for such an establishment to be in my neighborhood here in lovely Las Vegas. The gentlemen working at the Charleston location were very helpful, thanks again !
