Lola's is always a wonderful experience. Been several times and they never disappoint. Can't wait to go back!

Did not like portion sizes here so small and waiter was rude I thought there would be good food it was a salty catfish over a pinch literally a pinch of rice for 30$ plus tip because i felt pressured by lady staring at me LOL but it was a huge dissapoinment went to buy food right after cus I was still hungry they really give u a pinch of food like it's a delicacy ‍

We love the food here. The dining is a little loud with the tile flooring. The hostess was a little unfriendly and acted like she didn't like her job. She seemed bothered when asked questions. Otherwise we would have given five stars.

our particular service was terrible. server forgot to put in our appetizer. food was mediocre, in my opinion not worth the price. my husband ordered a blackened chicken breast with steamed veggies and a side salad. portions were small for the price. fried crab po boy seemed like it was thrown together and definitely not worth the $22. very disappointed.

I usually love Lola's, but today it was meh. We ate at the Summerlin location. I ordered the roast beef de brees po boy with everything. They forgot the gravy and the fries were well undercooked. My wife got the fettuccini with blackened chicken and described it as tasting different. Our server was slammed so service was slow, (not a slight on her). I've been to this location twice, and both times the food wasn't even close to the Charleston location. Guess we'll stick to the Charleston location from now on.

Horrible food, the portions are extremely small. Very expensive for such poor quality. We were very unimpressed.

First off - the food was excellent. The reason I'm giving a second star is the food was really good - specifically the gumbo. However, the service was awful. After our server brought out the drinks, we didn't see him again until after the food was finished. Drinks sat empty for 45+ minutes. A couple of the dishes delivered by what I can only assume were food runners were incomplete. Of course, there was nobody to tell because our server ignored us. It's one of the worst dining experiences I've had. But the food was phenomenal.

Went last year and the food was pretty good. My family loved the charbroiled oysters and the kids like the pasta.

The service was really good. The people were nice and attentive but I did not like the food at all. The table had a no refund policy on it, to me that was tacky. Then I ordered the chefs special and it was not great it was a halibut and it was so fishy. I had never tasted such a fishy halibut and it wasn't cheap 40-60 bucks a person. I had high hopes but I was disappointed. I didn't love the appetizers either. I got a crab cake and it wasn't good but it was better then the halibut.

Hands down this is the BEST restaurant in Vegas. The food was amazing along with the service. Deserves 10 stars!!!

I work in the building they are located in (Charleston location) and we often grab lunch. The food is always consistent and the service is always pleasant. They're temporarily closed for renovations at the Charleston location but the other is open!

Honestly my favorite evening place. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. Prices that won't break you.

We usually go to lolas in downtown, but since COVID hit we went to the Summerlin location. We might just come to this one from now on. But lolas never disappoints. I got shrimp Charlotte and I love the little kick it has. The Caesar salad was so good light, crisp and fresh! And their garlic bread is always fantastic. We finished with the sweet potato pecan pie and topped it with vanilla ice cream and that was delish as well. Whenever we are in Vegas this is a must.

We visited here on New Year's Eve with a reservation. When we arrived, the hostess did not seem to know where to seat us. When we finally were seated, we waited for 5+ minutes before anyone came to the table. We ordered Jambalayla and the Gouda Grits and Crawpuppies. The grits came out in a bowl about the size of a cup of soup. I got four crawpuppies each about the size of a quarter. The jambalayla was a fairly normal size. The total bill was almost $60 for very little food. We never received the bread the waitress promised. We never got a refill on our waters. I understand that the restrictions have strained the restaurants, but this was the worst service we received in Las Vegas.

This place was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I ordered the hot wings, roman trio(gumbo, etoufee, and red beans and rice), bread pudding, and all of them were fantastic. Whenever I come back to Vegas I will be sure to come here again because there are so many more items I want to try. Lisa our server was wonderful and the overall service was great. If you're coming to town this place is an absolute must.
