They advertise their Sunday buffet and my family was so excited to try it! So we drove all the way out just for them to say they just decided they weren’t doing it that day? Why even advertise it if they are just going to decide to skip it? We ended up leaving and eating across the street.

I love Los Cucos... but the location in Arroyo is absolutely terrible. Our waiter made no attempt to even converse with us, even when trying to ask questions about the menu (which was not even what they advertised online - they were supposed to have a buffet), we were still polite. We didn't get a single drink refill. No one made eye contact with us. We waited for our check for 40 minutes, trying to get someone's attention while everyone around us was being tended to. No one came to check on us after we got our food. We never ended up getting the check. Other tables were getting visited multiple times and we couldn't even get our check!! We were going to let the person at the front know so we could pay, and there was no one there either so we ended up just leaving. We shouldn't have had to wait that long to pay for a subpar meal, which we were willing to pay for. We won't be back to this location. I was so excited to hear Los Cucos had come to Vegas because it was one of my favorite restaurants in utah, but with this service, we won't be back. Maybe the north location will be better. We're a group of good tippers, and NONE of us have EVER considered walking out without paying for a meal and tipping well. It's frustrating that we had to let go of our morals just to leave a restaurant.

Came for a Sunday breakfast.. They were not serving the brunch which was fine but the food was sub-par for a place that is claiming its a authentic Mexican Cafe... The menuedo was ok but the Americano was a pumped up McDonald's breakfast plate - the Jamaica and Cafe de Olla was really good but when I asked for salsa they brought me Tapatio packets ? Not really worth the experience. IM SORRRY but we won't be back...It was definitely white people Mexican food LOL

Thank God I called them since I was seeing there was no buffet. The lady confirmed they don’t have the buffet anymore! Maybe update that on your website and social media pages
Went to visit this place after many social media advertisements of their weekend brunch. Got to the location sat down and we were informed there is no buffet. Very disappointed. False advertisement. There was no indication online that the buffet has been discontinued. Won’t be visiting again.
