This is a little "hole in the wall" restaurant. While there's not much in the way of ambiance, the moment that the food hits your table, you've forgotten about ambiance! Absolutely the most delicious Italian dishes ever! Everything is cooked fresh and the quality is unsurpassed. Additionally, the serving sizes are quite large while still reasonably priced. We've eaten in the restaurant several times, take-out a few more times. We've never had a bad experience or anything we didn't like. The portions are large enough that even an appetizer can be eaten as a main dish. I can't say enough good things about Los Olivas. Excellent food prepared freshly in generous quantities for a fair price. That's my kinda place!

Excellent excellent food. A real gem for wonderful Italian food. The place is very family oriented but don't let the shop appearance fools you. I haven't have this great Italian food for a while. Highly recommended

Everything was fantastic, we were treated like family. Greeted when walked in by all workers with a friendly smile and a hello. Portions of salads and entrees enormous. Drinks were refilled without being asked. When leaving, we were thanked for coming in and again felt like leaving family.

Great place - had the Sole Francese - it was sooo good! And you can bring your own wine, so that is nice. Went with a group of friends, and everyone liked their dish. Will come back soon!

Not my first time there. Very casual, Mom and Pop's atmosphere. Bring your own wine. No cork fee. Glasses provided. Had the lobster ravioli and salmon special. Preordered the sea bass for my return next week. The sole francese is awesome. Portions are very generous, to include salads. Must try!!!Vegetarian options: Eggplant parmesan, seafood, saladsDietary restrictions: Will do gluten free if you call ahead

Walking into this quaint Italian restaurant immediately envelops you with a sense of warmth and welcome that only a true mom-and-pop establishment can offer. It's not just the aromatic embrace of Italian spices that captivates you but also the genuine smiles from those who work there, making you feel instantly at home. Their commitment to excellent service and community is palpable, turning every visit into a memorable experience. The food is the star of the show, showcasing a menu where traditional Italian cuisine meets the mastery of homemade comfort. Among the standout dishes, their crab cakes deserve a special mention. Prepared with a golden crust that gives way to succulently seasoned crab meat, each bite is a delightful journey to the heart of Italian hospitality. Equally impressive is the veal Parmesan, a classic dish reimagined with tender veal, rich tomato sauce, and a perfect blend of cheeses, baked to golden perfection. It's the kind of meal that brings back memories of family dinners and festive gatherings. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is its spirit of community. More than just a place to dine, it serves as a local gathering spot where people come together to celebrate life's moments, big and small. The owners' passion for food is matched only by their dedication to giving back, evident in their regular community events and fundraisers. In a world where dining experiences can often feel transactional, this small Italian gem stands out by offering more than just great food. It offers a sense of belonging, a place where every visit feels like coming home to family. From the exceptional crab cakes and veal Parmesan to the unwavering spirit of community service, this restaurant deserves every bit of its five-star rating and then some. It's not just a meal; it's an experience, a testament to what happens when culinary excellence meets heart.

Best lobster ravioli I have ever eaten. We were a party of six and everyone was saying it was the best Italian food they have had. Even the bread at the start was to die for. The owner / chef came out and talked to us after the meal. Some good stories. A small family operated hidden gem off the Vegas strip. Will go there again next time in town.

Let me start with the fact I am a FOODIE! I try a new restaurant each week and I couldn’t help but try a 4.8 Italian restaurant gem! The food was AMAZING! They start off the meal with some yummy bread that I asked for a 2nd basket of because it was so good. The caprese salad was refreshing and made me feel like I was in Italy. The Frita was crispy Andrea cheesy, the sauce under it was like your Italian’s grandmas homemade pasta sauce. Now let me tell you about the Lobster Ravioli..OMG.. I took one bite and I just started nodding my head “yesssss” and did a little happy dance, when you do the first bite happy dance you know things just got real. The pasta was fresh and homemade with TONS of yummy lobster and a white sauce that I basically drank off the plate once the pasta was gone. This is by far the best Italian I have had in Las Vegas, and I’ve eaten a lot of Italian. The staff is busy but kind, the chef even asked me at checkout if I enjoyed my meal and I definitely did. This is a meal to write home about but you will need reservations. Call a day in advance because it is popular and reservation only. To finish it off, the bill was about $50 for two appetizers, a drink and entree.Money I would pay over and over again. I like it so much I am going back tomorrow. If you’re a FOODIE this is a must try and get the lobster ravioli no matter what! P.S. As if it couldn’t get better..tons of leftovers! ❤️?Update: I went back for a second time and got the baked ziti which was the size of a football and very tasty! I will be back every few weeks to try the rest of the menu!Vegetarian options: Lasagna without meat and some pasta dishes with only sauce as well as some apps and salads that are vegetarian.

The food is out of this world. The dining area is small so you will need a reservation which is awesome because it gives the cook(s) time to put love into each dish. Best restaurant we went to in Vegas over 8 days. Blows every restaurant away on the strip by a mile!!!! Dont miss out on this hidden gem!!
