I actually live in Henderson. But I drive here , and Uber back. It's worth it to play , relax , have a few drinks , and chat with Roxy. She is the kindest, most genuine person...., And an asset to any business that's lucky to have her. I'm coming by for lunch tomorrow , and I would not make this commute, if it wasn't for the atmosphere she creates. 5 stars from me!

I walked IN five MIN till 4 pm at 4 pm RICHARD STARTS HIS SHIFT AT FOUR PM THE MANAGER ANDREA WAS BEHIND THE REGISTER AS WELL. I ASKED RICHARD FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER BECAUSE ITS AFTER FOUR OCLOCKITS 402 PM. THEY ALREADY SWITCHED SHIFTS. I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE EXPLAINING TO ME HE BUSY WHEN I WAS NOT TALKING TO HIM VERY RUDELY. RICHARD WAS CLOCKED IN BEHIND THE COUNTER AND THATS WHO I WAS TALKING TO. RICHARD DECIDED TO IGNORE MY REQUEST FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER AS IF IT TAKES TWO PEOPLE TO CASH A 380.00 DOLLAR TUCKET OUT. THE MANAGER ANDREA IS ATTACKING ME OVER A BOTTLE WATER AND GE OFF THE CLOCK. HOW DISRESPECTFUL IS THAT TO BE IGNORED BY THE BARTENDER RICHARD WHO IS ON THE CLOCK DOUNG NOTHING AT THE TIME I ASKED AND I LOOKED AT HIM WHEN I ASKED. SO FOR THE MANAGER TO BE SO RUDE TO ME IS OUT OF POCKET AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE my pic was taken at 4:04pm and the manager andrea did not get me no bottle of water but attacked me.

I want to report the bartenders here are actually the the manager or supervisor her name is Anna she counts she come on at 4 o'clock she's very rude dis respectful and I feel like she's been biased towards me as a man my name is Michael Scott I'll play Here All The Time she's telling me that She can't and She won't give me a drink a bottle of Water and I ordered a Tequila Sunrise because I Don't have the Money in the Machine since she's been Here she's been Here for like 18 minutes or 20 minutes and since she's been Here She haven't took the time to see if I was even planned or not I've been here for over an hour and I'm gonna put in over a 100 some dollars and my player's player card with

I give 3 stars due to the sole fact that winning is not necessarily what happens. In other words, Lucky's wasn't the best name to choose. As for the people and the atmosphere, it is a 5/5. Feels almost home-like with the comfort you feel when entering the establishment.

Friendly staff, older but fairly loose slots and video poker, i often win here! Nice little place to get a drink and gamble for a little bit!
Went in there today to play turned around to go and get a drink since the girl behind the bar is also the waitress. She was up there talking wasn't paying attention to nothing I turned around and my jacket was stolen she is the only one that was there besides to cook. When I asked if she could look on the security cameras to find out who stole my stuff she told me she didn't have access to it the manager's office. Every time I go in there the only things I see is junkies and homeless people that I know steal but yet they have a locked door where they have to buzz someone in so they let them come in they're sleeping in there leaving food on games trashed beer bottles bottles cans all around the games. So if you don't want your stuff stolen or one excuses from the people that work there then don't go there bad neighborhood bad place to go. They need to get real security not one that sits at a game or pays no attention to what's around them because they're too busy talking.

They used to have an amazing offer for the burger and fries before they raised the price. I found as long as I threw some sort of tip to the cook everything would turn out great. There were a few times the onion rings (upgrade) were undercooked- but aside from that ... normally it's great. Recently it seems- since the price went up... it has not been great. It's never cooked how I ask them to cook it. It's a constant medium (despite me asking for well done) and the side not cooked all the way or overcooked. No happy in the middle. It's hit or miss depending on the cook.

Not exactly the nicest gambling spot as far as cosmetics go, however it's a cozy little spot that my boyfriend and I come to pretty often to pickup a pack of Newports or gamble a few (or a ton of) dollars. ?The bartenders are all kind and have good customer service skills.
