This is our favorite VGK watching spot in all of LV (except T Mobile of course!). We are new vegas residents and have frequented this lovely spot about 15 times and every experience has been very positive and top notch! The staff and managers are always so helpful and kind. The food is way better than you would expect. We obviously have some of our favorites, but haven’t tried anything that wasn’t good yet! We LOVE that it’s non smoking!!!!! Huge win in this city for sports bar lovers. We will continue to frequent this establishment and constantly support all the people that work there bc they’re the absolute best and always so kind!!
The food is good, it's consistent each time we visit but the service has been progressively getting worse. The seat yourself model might work at other places but here it just seems to mean you'll wait forever for someone to realize you are there. Once seated, we usually need to flag someone down after 10-15 minutes to get menus or drinks. Getting refills requires another flag down as does getting anything else. Today I watched people chasing down servers to get their checks, refills, boxes, etc from every section.

Was visiting from out of town, this is one of our "must go to" places when we visit Vegas. It's a unique experience to have a great restaurant located inside of the Golden Knights practice facility.The Black and Blue Bites are amazing! Like a lot of restaurants, they are facing staff shortages. When we went, there was only one waiter, and the manager was jumping in to help out. We understood the challenges, and they couldn't have been nicer. They worked through the challenges, and did a great job with their service and attentiveness.Gotta say it though - GO AVALANCHE!!

The food is always good BUT the service... Due to convenience (our kids skating and playing here) we have come to this restaurant for two plus years and every time the service is lacking. Today, however, was the final straw. We sat through two periods without anyone coming to get our drink or food orders! The group of six or so employees just stood around the bar talking to each other with no regard to their patrons.

Recently, I came and sat at the bar on a Sunday evening. Overall great ambiance but even better service from the bartender Emily. She was very attentive to all patrons at the bar and I overheard a couple giving her recognition for her consistent and great service every time. I will definitely be back for a beer and game again soon!

We have been there numerous times and they never have enough help! Place was a mess, no one cleaning up the tables, no open seating due to the mess. The waiter did his best.

I walk here from the building next door for lunch on occasion. The street corn nachos are addictive, fresh cilantro, in a big portion which makes it more than enough for a comfort food lunch despite being an appetizer. Service is always fantastic. Atmosphere can be very hit or miss, but it's in an arena, so that's not outside of the realm of expectations.
Well hidden gem in Summerlin to escape the heat, find something delicious to eat(so many tasty n original menu items that beat traditional bar food), variety of beers plus incredible cocktails, all that to match atmosphere of ice rink arena viewing. Service was equally as good as my food! Thank you ?

What a great concept! We hit up this place unexpectedly on our way out of town for their black bean burger and it was awesome. The kids LOVED being able to watch the figure skaters practice and were so awed! After our burger, we also decided to get a cheese pizza and even that was delicious. What a great find! We had no idea such a place like this could exist in Vegas. This is a great way to hang out and relax with kids.

I used to frequent Mackinzie River quite a bit. It's been a while since I had been there. I must say it has gone down hill in cleanliness and service. On Friday the 7th of July I took a friend there to celebrate her getting a new home and bragged about how great of a place it was. I was disappointed and embarrassed! We were not greeted, menus were dropped on the the dirty sticky bar and after 10 minutes, still no service! John the Manager on duty, whom I've known for several years had no sense of concern or integrity as I told him we were leaving. He just had a smirk. I will definitely miss the food there. They were not even busy that afternoon! By the the way the players locker just around the corner appreciated our business.

Absolutely horrendous service, when you have employees telling you that other employees are lying to you and telling you that you can no longer eat there after you already scheduled a time. Not the best place for anybody and I hope that the Knights realize that they have a horrible partner in a restaurant that is connected to their name.

We had pizza and salads. It was very good, and the pizza was at a discounted price, which was their current throwback special. It was fun to watch the ice skaters after completing our meal.
