Magnolia should not allow this store to sell their ice cream with their so called halo halo recipe. The halo halo has very few ingredients, the ice cream on top (ube) has no ube taste, i think they are not using the magnolia ice cream. And see photo how selfish to put a very small scoop and very few ingredients. i buy ice cream from real magnolia and i know the taste but this halo halo is not creamy but icy.

I was so excited to find this on Yelp while I was looking for some dessert. Magnolia is one of my favorite Filipino ice cream brands and loved going to the ice cream shops on island. So to see this on the mainland makes me so happy! I would've ranked it 5 stars but -1 since it took like 10 minutes for an employee to come out to the front. My favorite flavors are ube cookies, lychee, Thai tea and buko pandan. I always rotate between those whenever I stop by. The mahalo halo is a classic and will never disappoint. I love that they have the pinipig on top to add texture. At times the kaong were pretty tough/hard to bite thru but I haven't had one that was soft? Even store bought ones. Definitely get a scoop, shake, or halo halo before or after your grocery shopping! It always makes me feel at home with all these shops (chowking, jollibee, Valerios, and red ribbon) all clustered together in a seafood city.

A bit pissed off as we arrived at Magnolia at 7:37pm and they said they were closed when the sign clearly said closes at 8pm. Kind of sad because my husband was jokingly saying, "watch it'll be closed because you know how Filipinos are sometimes ." And what do you know, it was! Besides this incident, their dessert is good. I just wish customer service would improve a bit and stick to their hours of operation.

Pinoy ice cream brand that brings back memories of home. They have the best sellers that delights not just the locals but even those who are interested to try the treat. Ube is my favorite and definitely always the right choice, nobody does ube best than the pinoys.

I love Magnolia Ice Cream! You'll find them on Flamingo and Maryland inside Seafood City. They have one table, a wall seating, and upbeat music playing in the background. The shop is tiny but they do offer a nice selection of ice cream, milk shakes, ice scramble, shaved ice, and other sweet treats. I tried a sample of macapuno ube, buko pandan, and langka, and each flavor is good. There's also ube cookies and cream, guava, and avocado ice cream. I chose a scoop cup ($4.99) of Thai Tea and Maiz Queso which is so yummy! The ice cream is nice and smooth, and not too sweet. I appreciate the friendly and courteous service from Rose, she's very kind and pleasant.

Highly recommend. Food was great, staff was friendly and helpful, store and seating area was nice and spacious. Store is within Seafood City mall in the food court area. Definitely recommend their halo halo options. If you're in the mood for ice cream, the queso flavor is very good if you're into the salty sweet flavor. You can also never go wrong with ube and pandan. The person working the counter was also very sweet and they will let you sample any of their ice cream flavors.

Yelp Review 2023 #288: An old Filipino ice cream brand that's been around in the Philippines since the 1920's! So, anyone with Filipino roots is related to at least 1 person who has had a scoop of Magnolia ice cream before. I remember visiting my grandmother when I was younger and she would buy gallons of Magnolia ice cream if I'm visiting. And I was a basic kid. All I wanted was any variation of chocolate ice cream. But my grandma would also get Filipino flavors like cashew langka (jackfruit) and I would try it and love it. Magnolia Ice Cream and Treats is located inside Seafood City on Maryland Parkway. You can get a scoop of ice cream or 2 in a cup or a cone before going into seafood city and committing to buying a gallon/ pint of an unfamiliar flavor. They have flavors like ube (purple yam), ube macapuno (young coconut), mango, buko salad (coconut), avocado, cheese, Thai tea, etc. Aside from ice cream, they have other cold sweet treats such as halo-halo (Filipino shaved ice with layers of beans, jellies, fruits, milk, topped with ice cream and flan), mais con hielo (literally corn with ice. Creamed corn with milk, sugar, ice cream on top), and shaved ice. Literal translation of halo-halo is "mix mix" because you have to mix it together with a spoon before eating it. What I can recommend: Thai Tea ice cream Mais con Hielo Cheese ice cream I'm not the biggest fan of ube, coconut, and halo-halo. Naturally, I won't be recommending those. You can find Magnolia ice cream in all Filipino and Asian stores but this is the only one in Vegas that has its own space to get scoops of ice cream.

I've been here many times when I'm in the mood for this dessert, specifically the halo-halo supreme. It was formerly one of my favorite spots to visit. However, the halo-halo supreme now has significantly fewer components (mostly shaved ice), but the cost has gone up. Not returning. In addition, the flavor is not as good as it used to be. Businesses who attempt to cut costs on ingredients will quickly discover that it is easier to maintain loyal clients than to pursue new ones after you have lost the old ones.

The ice cones had the softest ice ever, and the served size of the cone was huge.

Wasn't able to take a picture of the other orders because they were like gone in 60 seconds! LOL! This is like a gem inside a grocery store and I've never seen one within continental US much more the Philippines, seriously. So it was a delight seeing this. Kind of expensive though but worth it if you wanted to try all flavors and make! Small location though with not much seats except if you use the foodcourt spaces.

The ice cream flavors was more than i expected. I ordered a mahalo halo and it was good but given it's a "big name" spot, i would've expected more filling. And small scoop of ice cream. The gelatin in halo halo was hard. I could barely chew so I just spit it out. Service was good. Place was small and clean. The halo halo is okay. The other locally owned places are probably better.

This is inside Seafood City. I love the selections of ice cream. The ube cookies & cream is the best. The staff is super friendly and quick. The perfect treat if you're craving halo halo
