I expected more. Food was okay, it was bland and a small portion for the price. Nothing special. The service was alright, respectable. The place was nice and clean. Over all, it’s basically just a quick meal. Nothing to holler about.

Act like they didn't see me . Complaining about the manager being mad at them about getting bad reviews all the time. I SEE WHY!? Horrible customer service. Not going back and forth with a child.

Long time fan of the Rock Springs and Fort Apache locations and incredibly disappointed by this location. It really boils down to staff and stocking. Both times I've come in here there has been one person on meat/rice taking everyone's order, one person on the grill, and then four people behind the register talking. This time there was one standing outside (yes - that's important) And without fail, whenever - I get to the register, I will get rolled eyes and excuses about why they can't help. I ask for one of the plastic premade cups of Sriracha - there were four in the stack and NO ONE in line behind me yet. The person on sides put it with my order, cashier decided not to bag it and that instead "Sriracha is over there." (Over there refers to a section that is around a corner and fully hidden by a wall - btw. New people would probably ask "over where?") I had asked for the Sriracha in a plastic cup so I can mix it without ruining the (1) one teriyaki cup given here. - Wanted to grab a pair of chopsticks. No - those are behind the counter too. - Tried to grab napkins as there were none in my to-go bag. No - those are behind the counter too. So I was supposed to go "over there" to pick up Sriracha packets (even though I need the cup and it had already been set aside) and then come BACK to the counter to pick up the napkins and chopsticks which should've been included already, while four people are talking behind the register? We're not even at the kicker - when I do get BACK to the counter, there's a fifth employee now helping the employee who had been standing outside this entire time. I asked her for napkins, she pulled out a normal size stack of napkins and while still talking to the employee pulled maybe three out of that stack and hands them to me. I said "I'll need a little more than that, you guys are out over there." - she goes, "I know." and goes back to talking to the other employee as if I should leave. I literally had to hold my hand out and wait so that I could get NAPKINS. This place is always empty and never seems to be properly stocked, so I'm getting the vibe that maybe they're on their way out or are just cutting costs in way that doesn't inspire customers, but either way, it can be mitigated by not having four rude people standing behind your register talking at all times.

The girls serving there got attitudes walked in around 8pm to dine in around 8:35 they started cleaning up and they started stacking chairs aggressively and looking at us tryna say we needa leave I checked the time thinking it closing time but it wasn’t. We just ate our food quick and left.

Worst customer service, African American employee said loudly for customers to hear that she wasn’t going to prepare any additional white rice or poke. She was being extremely rude and unprofessional, other employees told her to prepare more and she refused.

There was this one employee named Jerick Ace. He was very polite and also had good service. Food was very delicious and it was a fair price for everything that i ordered. The area and inside looks very nice and cozy and the music was a vibe.

Always fresh, tasty, and great value for your money. I'm a repeat customer. The location is great and plenty of seating. Be sure to join their rewards program as well.
