Ordered pizza and cheese bread. Was promised delivery in 30 min. After 55 min called the location was told that yet again they had just one delivery driver and they were sorry. Tried to explain how this has happened on more than one occasion and was told sorry he had to deal with other customer. Waited another 20 min and still no delivery. Called the store to cancel order because as we told them it had been an hour and a half since we ordered and they didnt really care. Didnt say anything but ok. I stopped ordering because this was happening quite a bit...ordered again a few times but after this I am done. Apparently they dont need my business that bad because all I got were excuses and noone even trying to make it right and keep us as customers.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza when it arrived there was no meat sprinkles of ground beef no sausage small amount of pepperoni I changed the bacon for jalapeños I'm still looking for them they lost a customer!

First, I have been ordering from Marco’s on 171 W. Centennial, Las Vegas for 6 years and have had pleasant experiences; however, the wrong pizza was delivered on a prior order; therefore I was credited a pizza for a future visit, BUT.. when I tried to place an order for the credited pizza, I was treated terribly by the manager, Avalanea. I was placed on hold 20 minutes, was spoken to condescendingly, and rude. She was so rude… I drove to the store to speak to her In person.. she remained rude and condescending, and I was told there was no record of the pizza credit in their system. I am highly disappointed with the customer service! I don’t like to be mistreated and talked down to, or have my money wasted on a mistake of no fault of my own and STILL not receive what is owed to me. I come from a family of business owners and this so-called manager needs training and needs to know how to handle customers in a professional manner. I have been a loyal customer to Marcos BUT I probably will never go back.

They have gluten free option available. Just like any place that handle products with Gluten you have to speak to someone about prior to ordering. The manager at this location is well aware of my allergy and makes sure to have the staff handle the gluten free pizza with extra care.The gf pizza is not over cooked and the flavors are really good. My granddaughter is super pickey but she will eat the gf pizza with me from here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

I go to the store to pick up my carryout order via the app. I arrived at the time the program predicted. One worker remarked, "Give us a few minutes," and then he went. After 40 minutes had passed, I inquired, and my order was still warming up. To handle all of the orders they are receiving, they need to be more organized.

I was just at this Marco's Pizza location on 10/29/2023. I ordered a pizza online using the X-Large Hot Deal that was offered. The total came out to $28.17. When I arrived, they gave me a large pizza and the receipt did say said large. However, I explained to Anna, who said she was the manager, that I ordered an X-Large. I rebuilt the order online via my phone in front of her and showed her exactly how I made it. The cost came out exactly the same as what was on the receipt, except online it shows X-Large. She stated that it wasn't their fault. It could be a system glitch or my fault but it wasn't their fault. I asked her how it was my fault when she can see exactly how I ordered it and that it was exactly the same as what was on the receipt, down to the coupon applied, except for when it was processed it changed my pizza to a large? I told her I understand they built it the way the receipt said and I know it wasn't the people who were making the pizza's fault, but system error or not it wasn't my fault either which she could see with her own eyes. She said she could remake the pizza or give me back $5.00 and I said I just want the pizza I ordered is all, I don't need the money back. She said okay then she'll have to charge me more for the x-large, which I again stated that makes no sense because you can see that I ordered an X-Large. Why would I pay more for something that wasn't my fault? I was absolutely upset by that point. So finally had my pizza remade without charging me. When she went to the gentlemen making the pizzas she stated in front of me where I could hear that apparently we wanted the pizza bigger than what we ordered. I WANT WHAT I ORDERED, NOT bigger than what we ordered which again IMPLIES WE ORDERED WRONG. So I asked for either her boss's contact information or a complaint card which she said she had nothing but I could leave my info. I highly doubt it'll ever make it to anybody worth hearing. By that point, I was furious and started this review. I left and she was completely condescending. I said to my husband I still don't think this pizza is right but I don't care at this point. She said it was right. I then looked to make sure we got our original receipt, and she said that's your original receipt. I told her I don't need her to talk to me. I was walking out, she said have a great night or something to that extent knowing exactly how upset she had already made me. So I absolutely did say screw you to her which I would not deny. All of this could have been avoided if we JUST GOT THE PIZZA WE ORDERED. I NEVER placed blame on them. I told her I could see it was a system error coming through to them however it's not my fault and I just want what I ordered. She continued to blame me, tell me it was my fault, tell her employees it was my fault, and when I confronted her tell me she wasn't saying that? If she is your manager, she needs WAY better training. I'm not proud of myself for saying screw you to her, and I absolutely did let her get to me which is what she was trying to do in the first place but I will never be back to this location. First and last time having Marcos Pizza. Beware of Anna and make sure to take a screenshot of your online order. You'll have to defend your competence just to get your correct order that you submitted the right way.
