Loved the atmosphere, live DJ and the food and waitstaff were awesome, but the thing that turned me off was a the "service fee" charge they put on our bill on top of state tax. So, that caused us to lower the tip for the waitress because why are you adding frivolous fees. This will likely deter us from going back.

These dishes are great for sharing or will definitely fill you up if you eating your own:*Chicharon appetizer 10/10 not your average chips and dip, the guac and meat was so delicious !!*Pork belly tacos 10/10 my absolute favorite and highly recommend! The sauce smacks!*Chilaquiles 8/10 these were pretty good, maybe a sunny side up egg might have been better*Birria 7/0 the meat and sauce was good but this dish just wasn't for me*Banana Foster's 10/10 sweet ending to our brunch?

This review for future employees. Firstly, there was no training period. Was asked to come in to train but was only given a section and told to learn as I go during an understaffed brunch shift. Over the next few days, asking questions became something I dreaded asking due to the rude responses from staff and manager Ariel alike. It became learn it on your own or leave because nobody had the time to show me. I was penalized for not being trained by manager Ariel. Then, my 4th shift I had had enough when there was a payment discrepancy and was forced to pay the difference by the same manager Ariel. This isn’t the first time though. Earlier the same shift, a side of potatoes never made it to the table and the guest no longer wanted them. The manager (Ariel again, as he is the only front of house manager) refused to remove them from there check just kept asking me why it needs to be taken off and repeating it’s my responsibility to make sure it gets to the table (btw, servers were not allowed to run food, so there was no way for me to ensure it made it to the table in a timely manor). Also, they have a really good happy hour that I was told NOT to promote, again by manager Ariel. I couldn’t even tell you if the food was even good because with no training comes no food testing. There is plenty more I could add, but I’ll stop here. Marina Bistro, do your new employees better since the whole staff is new.

My main concerns were with the treatment and staff. We had reservations and were made to wait but then seated and not helped. We’re told by waiters they couldn’t help because they can only be assigned to one table. After multiple mishaps. We finally asked for a manger. We were told there was none. We ended up walking to the front hostess to pay and leave. I think staff needs better training, also the restrooms were gross and had a line as there was only one stall. with all of the brunch options in Vegas this place needs to get it together.
