The Golden Sphere was the most luscious and extravagant dessert in the universe!!!! The different textures sets your pallet on fire and makes you want more and more.....exactly what Las Vegas is known for!!!!
My second time here within the month and had to repeat my entree: the calamarata is perfection - squid ink scented pasta, scallops, calamari, shrimp, mussels, n’duja butter. Perfect amount of spice and blend of seafood. Complimentary bread is also delish, especially enjoyed the crispy parmesan crisp. Note, there can be a wait even with a reservation so plan ahead. We had a 6:15pm reservation before U2 and weren't seated until 6:45.
