Our server Bernie was great. Crab cake was good but the calamari was soggy and cold. Our server did take it off our tab. Their version of a chopped salad was unique. Wouldn't order it again. Our NY strip steak was cooked perfectly but was a little dry and lacked flavor. I was very underwhelmed by the overall dining experience - especially for the price. Atmosphere and staff were very good.

I completely understand why they are rated so high. The food was simplistic but yet stunning. The quality is to die for. I am a local and will be coming back to try more of the menu. Live music and a full bar can never go wrong! The service was great they knew what I needed before I did. My drink was never empty.

Unimpressed. While the ambiance was nice, the restaurant was freezing, we expected more from the Morton family. Shrimp cocktail was literally 5 shrimp crammed onto a small rectangular plate along with lemon & cocktail sauce; shrimp was just ok. Burrata & heirloom tomatoes-burrata was great, the tomatoes were warm and had obviously been blanched, which is odd. I've had burrata & tomatoes all over the world and never had them with warm tomatoes, which sucks the fresh, crisp flavor right out of them. The rigatoni & short rib side was good. The steaks had good flavor, cooked to the temp we wanted. Their sommelier is either new or poorly trained. We brought a very expensive, prestigious 30+ year old bottle of red wine that he promptly picked up harshly & held horizontally to the table, allowing all the sediment to move from the bottom of the bottle into the wine. We even told him there was sediment and that's why we were keeping it upright, which is something a properly trained som would know. He took it away to open it, brought it back in a decanter but did not bring the bottle back. He basically treated it like it was a $30 grocery store wine; showed it no respect. While waiting for our full party to arrive (they won't seat you otherwise), another couple asked if there was room for 2 without a reservation. The hostesses obviously told them no because they walked away. As they did, the bartender asked if it was just the 2 of them & when they said yes, motioned them to sit at the bar. You'd think that would have been an option that the hostesses had told them. Also, the restaurant was never full the 2.5 hrs we were there; they could have been sat immediately.

It's gorgeous inside! Really pretty anywhere you look. There was live music when we came in which was a nice touch. The cocktail menu is creative, which I always appreciate. We came for a late dinner after being out all day, so wanted something really good but not too heavy. We tried the tiger shrimp appetizer. Delicious! The grilled pork belly was really good. The short rib pasta was a little disappointing, only because you can tell the noodles weren't boiled in salty enough water. It took a bit away from the dish. The burger was what you'd expect from a steakhouse burger. Can't go wrong. Our server Bernie was great. If we stay at Virgin again, I'm def coming back for this dining experience.

Service was great. Food is good. Mac and Cheese, Street corn and crab cake was delicious. Didn't need anything. Calamari was good, could have been fried a little longer for my liking but the flavor was good. Potato Gratin needed some salt and pepper

Honestly thought this place was going to be fantastic but I was incorrect. First off, the service was terrible. Justin was our server and was incredibly inattentive to our table. We didn't order any expensive wine or champagne and he only focused on the tables that did. We were sitting with our drinks for about 25 minutes before we put in our order. When we said that we were waiting for a while, Justin rolled his eyes. I ordered the scallops and Justin rang it in as the fennel salmon. When asked for scallops it took 10 minutes to come out. When they did come out, they were extremely undercooked and rubbery. We also ordered 3 filets all medium and they were all rare. I think this place has the potential to be great but it was not that way last night.

I've eaten in several steak houses in Las Vegas including Peter Luger and this is definitely one of the best. Food and service were great.

Food was OK, but can find much better food on and near strip for less. We had lobster bisque and it was very good. Filet was good, but crazy overpriced steak Oscar accompaniment. Like $45 for 3 mediocre asparagus and a tiny piece of crab meat ☹️

Always great dining with Johnny O at the bar. Burrata was excellent with the pesto & cherry tomatoes. Burger was good but apple wood bacon wasn't cooked properly. Outside of that, a good time as always!

We love this place! We've probably been there about six times. The live music was awesome and the food is always terrific. Our waiter. This time was not as attentive and was a little snarky, but efficient the drinks are very expensive, so I don't see value there. But the food is outstanding so the cost is worth it.
