The moment we walked in to the restaurant, we were greeted by Tiffany, who was excellent. Her smile and radiant personality were the perfect start to our night at the Strat! We asked for recommendations on certain dishes from both Tiffany and Richard...They did NOT disappoint. Not only was the service exceptional, but the magic the chef put on the plates was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful night and experience.

The Bread look delicious but was dry, the nachos with the prime rib was good didn’t like the chips used but like everything else , the shrimp and rice was good could of been better with little more food for the price but it was overall worth it n I would recommend it If you ever eat there, their drinks little pricey but they where good I had Captain Morgan and Sprite was a very great drink . The food was good but I truly don’t think it’s worth them prices.

We had the best waiter, Dean. A big shout out to how kind, friendly. Respectful and helpful he was. The food was amazing. Went back later for dessert cause so impressed. Again, Dean was the best waiter we have had anywhere at anyplace. He rocks! He deserves special recognition for sure. Ty Karman

We were greeted and seated right away. We ordered cocktails which were fantastic. The bread was soft, buttery and salty, and a great start! We ordered the shrimp and lobster dip to start. It was very flavorful, creamy and cheesy. Absolutely fantastic. We ordered the steak which was a bit fatty, but also the risk you take with that cut and not the restaurant's fault. I ordered the braised short ribs over mashed potatoes and it was by far one of the best dishes I've had. The flavor was out of this world! I also ordered the Mac n cheese which was creamy and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and answered all of our questions. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Food and service very good. Unfortunately I did not ask for a bigger table. My mistake as the hostess sat us at a tiny two top when lots of empty four tops available. We won’t go back as we were so cramped. Management needs to train hostess better.

Dear McCall's Heartland Grill Management,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the lack of accommodation provided during my recent visit to your restaurant. As a customer with a pork allergy, I was hoping to enjoy your barbecue platter, but was dismayed to find that the restaurant was unwilling to make any substitutions or adjustments to the menu item. When I politely requested that the pork be removed from the platter or that it be replaced entirely with beef, I was told that the restaurant could not accommodate my request. This was extremely frustrating, as I have never encountered such rigidity at other dining establishments when it comes to addressing food allergies and dietary restrictions. To make matters worse, I had specifically come to your restaurant based on the menu information I found online, which included an item called "Burnt Ends" that I was eager to try. However, upon arriving, I was informed that this item was no longer available, and the online menu had not been updated to reflect this change. This felt like a bait-and-switch, as I had made the trip to your establishment with the expectation of enjoying a particular dish that was advertised but ultimately unavailable. To add on the host was sweet and attentive. Servers kept asking me if everything was okay. The margaritas needed work, and the calamari was deliciously made. But food allergies can be a serious health concern, and it is important that restaurants make every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers. By refusing to make even a simple modification to the barbecue platter, and by failing to keep their online menu accurate and up-to-date, your restaurant failed to provide me with a safe and enjoyable dining experience.I would hope that in the future, McCall's Heartland Grill would be more flexible and willing to work with customers who have special dietary needs. A little accommodation can go a long way in ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, I would expect the restaurant to maintain accurate and current menu information across all platforms to avoid disappointing customers who make dining decisions based on the advertised offerings.I would appreciate a response detailing how your restaurant plans to address these issues and improve its policies regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, and menu transparency. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,Ay Nayra

Although the menu choices were fairly limited, the quality was excellent. The prime rib serving was very generous and cooked perfectly! The $19 add on for a 4 oz lobster tail was reasonably priced and the lobster was delicious. Both our hostess, Tiffany, and our waiter, Richard, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Definitely worth a visit, especially if one needs an excellent pre-show place to eat at the Strat!

My team came here for dinner last night. We were greeted by Tiffany, who instantly gave the warmest welcome. She helped us make our reservation and welcomed us back shortly after. The restaurant was very busy, and they were short staffed with employees sick. It was a long evening, simply because wait times were much longer than usual. When we were talking to Tiffany later on, she asked if she could make us a happy hour reservation for the following night (tonight) to try to make up for it. She was so kind and happy we decided to accept her invitation. Once again we were greeted at the door with her smiling face, knowing us by name. The service was phenomenal. The manager went above and beyond to show us what a dinner at McCalls should be like. We were so impressed by the way they acknowledged the issues from last night, and went above and beyond tonight. Thank you Tiffany and Lee, you should be very impressed with your staff and how full your restaurant is each night. The food and drinks were delicious and we will be back! Highly recommend! -Trey, Kim, and Krista

I had the fried chicken. It was way overcooked, dry on the inside, and greasy. You can see the pool of grease in the picture.

The food I had was excellent. Beef Short Rib and mashed potatoes. Had to order a green side. Seems odd. Drink (Old Fashioned) was good, but really strong. Server (Dean) was attentive and professional.

I asked the waiter to substitute the mashed potatoes for a baked he said sure . The problem is he needed to let me know there would be a ten dollar charge for that . Not a good waiter !!!!

Let's just start by saying half of our party received cold food and portions of the food was just bland. The steak had no seasoning. Overvall not worth the pricing but our server Dean was AMAZING
