I went for lunch and ordered a spicy McCrispy. The food was spoiled.. you could smell it. I called and the manager expected me to come back during my 30 minute lunch to get a replacement as if their slow service is not already a problem. This is a terrible location.

They won't place their table tents at the kiosk for use, nor hand you a tray for your dine-in order. About 60-75% of the time your customized order will be made wrong. Don't bring a McDonald's coupon that isn't specific to their location or they won't honor it. I was bludgeoned with a rock by some POS meth head right outside the store who was trying to rob me and they did not even return my calls regarding surveillance. Absolutely awful area with scumbag drug addicts sleeping in shopping carts outside.

SCAM ALERT !Filled out 1 of their surveys..spent $9.00 last visit. Receipt says get 1 free of equal or less value. Ordered a egg mcmuffin with sausage. "Manager" with no customer service skills, said that will be $4.43..I said I thought it was free? He said we dont do that here. I bought the original order from the same location. Plus, why would I pay $4.43, when I can order from the app fot $2.19? What a joke..and a poor choice for a manager..happened today at 10:23.

Was in a slow moving line and as I go to pay the girl at the window charged me for the wrong order. At the next window I said something about it and they were supposed to fix it. I told them what my order was multiple times and they still didn’t refund me for the correct order. Was supposed to be a fast and easy lunch break that only costed me $9 but end up costing me $29

Usually this is my go to McDonald’s cause they’re fast and they always have my order ready. The past two orders I have placed through mobile app have not gone through their system and when calling this location to see if they would honor the email conf with order details they NEVER ANSWER.

I come here often with my kids but today I was very dissatisfied because I ordered a 2 for $5 one griddle one McMuffin the cashier charged me for 2 orders and then had to refund me for one when I got hm I usually only eat the McMuffin the egg had shells in it and the amount of shells in there's no way whoever made it didn't see the shell like ok one bite of the shells I can brush that off but the shell in almost every bite was disgusting

The individuals that work here are very discriminatory and standoffish. If you don’t look like the ones that work here at this location, you’re being treated poorly, and the service will be unprofessional. It’s sad at this point. I’ve been to this location a few times and nothing has changed here. The management is poor as well, they allow and participate in the faulty system ran here. I do not recommend this location.

Okay for one I ordered online too it said they could not give me some coding whatever whatever and then we went to pick up the order they refuse to give it to me or give it to us saying that they needed this code which didn't want to listen and they're paid to do a mindless job mindless the highest fast food paid people and they can't even do their job correctly not once and they have the phone off the hook how much more lazier can they get they choose there job not us so if they don't like there job find another and people are going to say well it's a big city not a reason it's there's job do it right now matter what that is what you was hired for
