I called about my food for a doordash order and an employee just hung up on me completely with no word. I left an application with the store Department manager and also called for that and the employee just sat quietly then hung up a second time with no word completely. This is an utterly disrespectful establishment and I will be going to your main branch office to discuss further why such a buisness thinks it’s okay to completely treat someone like, especially a customer and previous McDonald’s worker.

Horrible service even from the shift managers. Watched them argue and play stupid with so many customers that it's ridiculous. They don't know how to read the screens to actually get an order correct and when you take it back in there for corrections or to get the correct order, they will argue and they will not give you a refund. When you put in a complaint with corporate and ask for a follow up from the store owner they don't care and will not contact you back to make it right and they don't hold the employees accountable for their behavior.

Filthy tables and floors. Staff need to speak just a little better English. I had an issue with my order which woukd have been a quick 2 second fix but took 20 minutes by the time all was said and done. This was mainly due in part to the language barrier and to the staff: just because you can't speak the language doesn't mean it's funny.

Great cashier. The other lady called my number, I walk up but then she put my order where I can't reach it...then ignores me. If I wasn't so hungry, it would have been funny. She didn't do that with anyone else's food. Just mine. The cashier was great though. There's more customers than there are tables usually... they've lost my business many times because of this.

Came here for a quick bite Sunday night when I checked into Sam's town. Definitely a little different because you cannot get a refill and they have a sign to tell you such. Also you cannot order on the app or apply your rewards. The prices though are reasonable and not outrageous like you see sometime. They did have a buy one get one for $1 promo. I opted for the quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 pc nugget. The burger looked small and the nuggets were definitely sitting there for awhile. Looks like they are trying their best with the limited staff. The mgr in charge though looked a little haggard with the shirt coming out- I saw someone else posted in the past. I'm checking out in the am and going to see about breakfast

We went to see Sam's Town Christmas setup as we do ever year... except during Covid. We to the grand kids to the food court and they wanted Mc Donald's. The young lady who took our order was very nice she did get the order wrong we found out at the end. This woman in the picture who was serving the food I talked to her and told her that we were missing an order of fries. She had taken our receipt so I did not have a receipt to look at.. She told me no I was wrong I had my fries and I said we ordered 3 fries so as you got 3 frocks I was like do you wanna come to see if the tables are not 3 fries She was considering the 3rd fry the one in the kid's meal. She was extremely rude wouldn't let me order another fry as I explained her I would pay for one she just kept walking away from me and ignoring me I got very upset asked for a manager she wouldn't do that I asked for her name she wouldn't give me that. I've been in food service for years and I would have fired her first for they way she talked to me and second for not given information asked for. She did have a name tag but I did have my glasses on.
