I think as a deterrent for the vagrants/homeless people who inevitably wander into this place due to location that they cranked the a/c to like 43° because it was like standing in the antarctic circle. Freezing! I couldn't even stand in there long enough to wait for my food after ordering. I had to go outside and wait. Their workers are nice which surprised me because most people working in and around this area seem to be on the defensive 24/7...not that I blame them.

This was the most horrible experience! We went to get food after a night out and the lobby was closed but the store is 24 hrs. We put in a mobile order and went to the window and they said they’d bring it out to us. They left us outside for 10+ min until we were knocking because of how cold it was outside and they said they canceled it. Horrible service horrible

I really like hamburgers, however, in the US most of the people who buy them look very precarious and that creates a dirty, heavy and unpleasant atmosphere. It's best to order takeaway... I recommend the burgers, but not the place and service.
On the morning of March 21, 2024, at precisely 07:20 AM, I made a purchase from McDonald's drive-thru at Restaurant #18611 located on 2248 Paradise Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89104. My order consisted of an Egg & Ham Sandwich McMuffin and a Large Coffee with 5 creams and 5 Equal Sugar, which I intended to consume on my way to work.Upon arrival at my office and subsequent inspection of the sandwich, I was disappointed to find that the cheese was burnt, the muffin was crusty and hard, and the egg and ham were dried out. It was evident that the sandwich had not been freshly prepared and had been sitting on the warmer for an extended period. The signs of staleness and poor quality were apparent, and it appeared that the sandwich had not been handled correctly.This occurrence raises significant concerns about food safety and adherence to food safety regulations. Serving food that has been sitting in the warmer for hours poses a significant risk to the customer's health. Such food can be contaminated with bacteria and harmful microorganisms, which can cause foodborne illnesses.Therefore, it is vital that McDonald's management ensures that their food safety practices adhere to the Nevada Health Department's guidelines. They should never serve food that is spoiled, burnt or has been sitting for hours, as it is against health regulations. It is the responsibility of the management to regularly monitor their food safety practices to ensure that their customers are always safe and satisfied with the quality of their food. By doing so, they can maintain customer trust and loyalty while also avoiding any potential legal consequences.
