Every time I come to this location, they ask what kind of sauce I want, just for them NOT to throw the sauce in the bag. The couple times they have put sauce in the bag, it was the wrong one. When I asked the guy if there was ranch in the happy meal box, he said "I think so." *face palm* I will also add that for every drink you order, you won't get a straw. When you ask for the bare minimum, you get an attitude. I was so excited for a McDonald's in the neighborhood, just to be extremely disappointed with the service.

The food was cold and slapped together ... The cashier and the server were awesome ... can't take it out on them they didn't make the food .. their service was spot on ... I get it's school time but they just let these kids run all over the parking lot (I get they are kids not even faulting them) BUT it's because they have them make a line outside and allow two at a time . What ambiance ?

this place sucks!!!!!!! they locked me outside for 1 hour while there was no one in the mcdonalds. our food took 20 minutes when the place was empty. the manager was awful and he yelled at me all because i am a student. this place locks out the students and sometimes even the customers. they lock out the students even in the freezing cold.

I've encountered challenges with my breakfast orders from this restaurant three times within an hour. Unfortunately, there have been consistent errors or missing items. As a disabled veteran dealing with brain cancer, I'm unable to easily revisit the restaurant. I kindly request improved attention to order instructions and completeness, without engaging in arguments over the phone. My intention is to seek assistance with my breakfast order, not to question my integrity or the chosen items.Here is a picture of my missing hot cakes, sandwiches, and burritos, bur alteast I got 25% of my order....

Looks like it would be a good McDonald's because it's new and looks nice on the outside, but it has the slowest McDonald's drive-thru ever and inside has a terrible vibe.
Fish sandwich was hard and seemed smaller than they use to be I had to use a saw to chew it the bun was so hard

Waited 20 minutes to get our food, it was cold, ordered 3 apple pies only had one and it was burnt. Was about to leave and they forgot our chicken nuggets. Need better customer service and provide quality food.

Horrible service!! I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited in the drive thru to place our order because they told us to "give them a minute", only to continue to wait as they took the other lane's orders, not once, but twice!!! We never ended up ordering because they took so long.
