Visiting from Houston and was pleasantly surprised. The Karaage and gyoza were amazing, and the service was fantastic. The servers were very polite and attentive. Lovely experience, will be coming back next year!

Ashlyn was really cool and caring. She suggested us well.Sometimes they are understaffed but this is not the servers' fault.Ramen here is one of the best in town. I wish they could add basil ramen but if they do, I will need 6 stars!

This is my favorite place. Menu changed recently and prices went up slightly, but everything seems worth it still. Kosuke and Trent were attentive and the kitchen staff greets customers upon arrival.

Good ramen can definitely say that I had the shishito peppers as well and they were tasty with just enough spice.

This used to be my favorite go-to ramen place. The menu has been slaughtered down to nothing and the ramen is not what it once was (neither are the other items - gyoza was horrible tasting). Since changing over to Shogun Ramen, it's like eating ramen from a cup (cup ramen tastes better) - very metallic tasting. I won't be returning. The service is always awesome, but the menu is horrible now, the food tastes too processed and it pales in comparison to what Monta Chaya used to be.

This place in particular I’ve visited 3 times and that 3rd was my last. I walk in with dirty work boots and jeans and my water was not refilled until I already had that chicken katsu stuck midway down my throat and somewhere before my stomach. The CHICKEN was SO over fried, and I’m pretty sure went through some things because it was tougher than me.To whoever is cooking at this location; not only was the chicken safe, it was OSHA safe the way I had to pull that piece of rubber to get a bite. Also standing around talking doesn’t look too good as a server… I know some jobs might suck, so don’t work them. Anyways, fried rice is to die for but I recommend Spring Mountain location all day.

Been coming here since before they moved the location. Always been a big fan. I always recommend getting gyoza to start out with and I generally go for the black garlic ramen or the miso ramen because the miso ramen has thicker noodles.

Monta is one of my favorite places. I am very disappointed that they took the calamari off the menu as well as the pork belly bowl. I drove 40 minutes for that and didn't get it.
