Elevated white castle burgers! Always love a twist on fast food classics.

The location has closed, but their sliders were amazing, though a bit on the pricier side. Hopefully, they will reopen elsewhere. I was sad when they ran out of the sausage as an option. I was able to try The Ninth Island slider and that one wasn't bad. "With our partners at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, we have decided to close Majordomo Meat & Fish and Moon Palace. We are forever grateful to the guests who have joined us over the past three years and the teams who brought the spaces to life. We remain committed to Las Vegas and look forward to sharing information soon about our future."

I'm not sure what the fascination is here. I ordered a burger, chips and the mango shake - the mango shake was the best part of the meal. The food reminds me of white castle, but fancier. I would go back for the shake but perhaps not the food.

Perfect hangover food!! We got the honey butter hot chips, double decker, spicy chicken, breakfast sandwich with spam, and mango drink. Love the sweet and salty combo on the chips and sandwiches. Wish they had the prime rib sandwich but I was still satisfied with what I got and I'd definitely come again the next time I'm in vegas.

I knew it was basically a fancy White Castle, and that’s what my expectations were based on, and even then I was initially a little underwhelmed; but as I worked through my order, it became apparent how good the place is at elevating an already great idea to it’s very best version. The bread is incredible, and the fillings are simple but perfectly balanced in taste, mouthfeel and quantity. I found it pretty hard to stop eating.Oh, and the half dip cookie / cake / mallow pie things are ace.The location isn’t great, being in a relatively underused thoroughfare so I don’t know how long it’ll last; it would be a shame if it didn’t build a good, loyal following because the concept and execution are both top notch.Shame I can’t say the same about Majordomo, which it sits opposite in terms of both location and fun / quality.

The honey butter chips are something you should definitely get. Crispy, crunchy, salty, with a perfect balance of butter and sweetness. I'm not a big honey person, but I'd buy this again next time I'm on the strip. I made the mistake of not trying the beef slider because I was craving spam, and I aim to try spicy chicken sandwiches wherever I go. The spam breakfast slider was ok... no wow factor to it. And I like my spam cooked a certain way - so this was my own personal fault. The spicy chicken slider was not spicy at all, and I was hoping for more of crunch to the batter... there was no crunch to it. Nonetheless, David Chang is a genius and the products on the menu is a gem for the Vegas Strip. It's still a place I would recommend to others.

Had some time to kill in Vegas and decided to pop over to the venetian for some good eats. This place was an awesome find. The burgers are like classy white castle burgers. So soft and buttery. The chips were lightly coated and perfectly crispy. They also have an impossible burger option for any vegetarians out there. Very good, however pretty pricey. Not sure I would come back but glad I did once.

Could this place be potentially overhyped just because it's David Chang? Possibly but since it's newer I had to check it out. I usually get my slider fix at White Castle but I was curious about the sliders here and the honey butter chips. Much like other Yelpers have said it's quite pricey for being a slider. I was surprised at how much we spent for a mango drink, double decker, spicy chicken, half dip, and honey butter chips (~$50). Service here is pretty quick even if you see a line. As for the items the spicy chicken was OK but could pass on it next time. The double decker I have to admit was pretty tasty and went well on a hawaiian bun. The meat was flavorful and cheese was perfectly gooey. Do I feel guilty spending ~$8 for a slider that didn't make me completely full after? Just a little but it was worth it to try. As for the honey butter chips I would 100% get those again! They were unique and if you've had the honey butter chips from hmart or other asian stores have a nicer crisp for me. The half dip was nice to try and was spongey with the pancakes and wasn't too overly sweet which I was nervous for but I could pass on it next time now that I've tried it. To hold it all down the mango drink was delicious! We didn't get a shot with it but it's super refreshing for a 100+ degree day.

Great little spot tucked away in the far northwestern corner of the Venetian/Palazzo complex, just off the casino floor and across from it’s sister restaurant Majordōmo Meat & Fish. Everything on the menu is good and reasonably priced. The breakfast sliders are my personal favorite; I’d strongly recommend adding a hash brown to them.

The burgers were delicious. The chips weren't as warm as I was expecting. The half dip was a little bit dry and they were out of the French Dip.

Moon Palace is located in the Venetian right across from Majordomo. It's basically David Chang's version of White Castle (which happens to be nearby too). It does taste way better than White Castle but more $$. I had a mango slushie, single slider, hot chips and a half dip. The hot chips were sooo good. I ate it all even though I knew it was terrible for me. I didn't like the Half Dip. It was way too sweet for me. The mango slushie was how I expected it to taste. The single slider was pretty basic too. Overall, I'd go back and would try the Honey Butter Hot Chips.

My sister and my friends came here to get some breakfast. We stayed at the Venetian and walked over to the Palazzo hotel. The line was long and waited about 10-15 min to order. When we ordered we needed to wait for another10-15 minutes. But we were in no rush. We shared and ordered the Spam sliders, Double decker sliders, Hot chips, Honey butter chips, and a Moon pie. Let start off with saying that it doesn't look like it will get you full, but don't be fooled. It was a great serving so I'm glad we shared all of this food! The spam sliders were delicious! It reminded me of my childhood back home in Hawaii when my dad would cook breakfast for us. The buns were soft and chewy almost like the Hawaiian sweet bread and the spam gave that saltiness while the eggs and bun balanced it out. The double decker was okay. I'm not sure if we had a bad batch, but it was verrrrry salty! Every bite tasted like a salt bomb. I wish we had a well seasoned double decker. The honey butter chips were delicious! Super crunchy with sweetness and saltiness, which I love! The hot chips were good as well! Super crispy with a hint of spice! Lastly, the moon pie was just like a moon pie, but better! It was light and not too sweet! Which I liked! The marshmallow was fluffy. Definitely would go back again if ever I am in the area.

Came here on Sunday at 5 PM and no lines! The Moon Palace staff was very friendly and informative! However that was pretty much the highlight. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, double decker, honey butter hot chips. Spicy Chicken - this was tender and crispy taste like a mc Donald spicy chicken but with Howling Rays hot sauce on it Double decker - taste just like a standard fast food burger Honey butter hot chips - honestly this was a little weird for me. And taste more like maple syrup than honey. But this is more personal preference. By no means am I saying this place doesn't taste good. It's decent but I am being objective and thinking of this from a taste, cost, and quantity perspective. I just think it taste like McDonald burgers but for 7 X the price and smaller portions. 1 order of their slider is pretty much 1.5 of a Hawaiian bun in length.

We are big David chang fans so we had to try moon palace this visit to Vegas! We went right at 9am opening and got the burger, the spam breakfast, the chips, a moon pie, and mango slushie. Highlights were the HONEY CHIPS and the burger. Those chips are sooooo addicting we could have had 5 bags of them. The burger was thin and delicious. This is the perfect quick spot for delicious food at the casinos! The only thing we didn't get was a hashbrown which we didn't see on the menu and maybe would've added to the breakfast sandwich.
