Went to Nathan's famous for the first time today. The bacon cheese dog looked amazing so my boyfriend ordered one with a side of fries.. time stamp 2:33pm. I ate my pizza from a few shops down, drank 2 beers and my boyfriends food still wasn't out, everyone's in front and after was already out. So he goes and asks to see what's up, the girl at the register tells him his good is coming so we wait a few more minutes, still no food. So he finally asks another person and I believe he was the person in charge because he started asking all the employees where this tickets food was at. Nobody knew! The surprise. Apparently the ticket was "lost"! My goodness! 30 minutes and no food! We asked for the money back and left!

Nathan’s is a staple for the Hotdog Lover. Having eaten at the flagship Coney Island store 2 years ago was looking forward to the comfort food fix. Great food. However for 2x Hotdogs and 2x Fries $30 was a bit in the high side.

If I could give this location a -5 stars... I would. Returning to Las Vegas for a volleyball tournament on Presidents Day Weekend, 2/16/20, I had the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. We have visited Las Vegas many times, almost always for a youth sports tournament, so the crowds and lines are expected. We have also visited the different Nathan's at the different hotels and had great experiences. However, this location in the Mandalay food court is the worst. In the heightened rush of crowds, the manager chooses to have a discussion about an employee's future shift. When kindly asked if they could continue the conversation after the orders were filled, I was confronted with the worst hostility. When I replied that this time should be about customer service, the counter person became even more rude. I asked for her name while my husband asked if everything was ok, she met me with hostility asking "why should I be scared because he's there?". I really felt that should I had the time to carry on the conversation, she would have cussed me out. Totally unprofessional and negative customer service points!

I love hot dogs and have gone out of my way to get a Nathan's dog and fries. We were leaving the MGM Casino just before daylight and I was hungry. The MGM Food Court has a Nathan's, but to my surprise... they were serving breakfast. So I ordered the Breakfast Platter (eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, and a biscuit). The eggs, potatoes, and sausage tasted great; and the biscuit was fresh and fluffy.

Great asian chicken salad. Large portion and yummy dressing. the roll is wonderful. Lots of garlic. This was the only I tried.

I've had Nathan's hot dogs before, but I'd never actually been to a Nathan's restaurant. The taste was fine, but I felt that the food was overly salty and the fries were really soggy. Also, if you're eating with someone make sure you order separately and wait for the first order to be finished. The trays have coupons on the paper liners including a Nathan's coupon. We were upset that we didn't order separately because we could have saved some money.

Stopped here for an early dinner before a concert. Excellent Philly cheese steak and a good chicken salad. Can get crowded if you wait too long before the concert starts. Go earlier than you think you need to.

I saw the sign and ordered a large Crinkle Fries with Bacon and Cheese. When I picked up the order I noticed no crinkle fires, plain string fries. No feedback when I asked what happened to the crinkle fries? I attempted to eat the fries and could not eat more than a quarter of the plate. Fries overcooked. Will never eat there again.

Although the staff was helpful they were not very attentive. I was handed a Hot Dog on a Bun. Filled my own drink. The Hot Dog didn't taste very good, almost like it was boiled previously.
Long line, over priced, and poor quality of food. The chicken looked plain and unseasoned, and tasted like it too... they were clearly overwhelmed by the large crowd and did not prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, we wasted our time and money here trying to get a quick bite to eat.

I had never had breakfast at ANY Nathan's and their breakfast sandwich was really good. They let me sneak in before they closed down for a bit to change over to lunch and it was good food with fast and friendly service.

We ordered wings (6 pcs), chilie dog, and chicken sandwhich for right around $50 bucks so not the price which comes to mind when thinking fast food. It was a good late night meal just a bit much.

Our first time at Nathan's and it was really good and the lg chili cheese fries with bacon came out hot and fresh! We stopped here for a quick snack and lets just say the lg was way more than a snack for two people. The food court is clean and has a real laid back feel. They also have usb ports and plugs for charging electronics!
