Your classic boba spot! Every time I order a drink here, I know exactly what I am getting so it's very consistent. The honey oolong is my favorite! They usually have light music playing here and have decent seating. The only thing I wish they had more of was more types of teas, and options for different milks! Overall the employees are usually kind, and are able to give recommendations on what you've had in the past in case you are in the mood to try something new!

I have been getting the same thing here for years. I got my tea today and it tastes like water with a little tea flavor. I asked for no boba and I got boba. Usually there is yuzu on the bottom, but there is nothing. So disappointed. Usually it's great.

This is my favorite boba spot! I always get the brown sugar milk w boba, and they always make it so good. They don't skimp out with the syrups or boba, and the boba is so soft! Would definitely recommend this place instead of ShareTea! The workers here are always so friendly and sweet and make sure my order is right. The space is not too big but pretty cozy. I wouldn't recommend bringing too many people at a time because there aren't a lot of seats, but it's great for a quick run and grab!

The employee Mason was great. He helped me narrow down my choices and also made conversation with me and my guy about living in Guam. I came once before and got a mango green tea which was delicious. But this one night I was craving something slushy and Mason suggested the taro. I went for it and I'm hooked. Thanks for the thorough service, Mason! See ya next time.

I was a regular here for some time, on work trips from California. As a vegan and fruitarian since my college days - I am very particular about fresh fruit smoothie shops I go to. I previously thought this was an above the bar smoothie shop. I came in today and specifically asked for a smoothie without the powder they put in it (I may be mistaking the powder for something else, a sweetener?) and the girl at the cash register was very passive aggressive, short, and rude. Instead of trying to understand what I was talking about, as a customer. The smoothie was mediocre. I can tell from the taste, that what I asked to not be put in, was still put in. It had a chalky, pill/vitamin like taste almost.... That would not be there if it was only raw fruit & ice - like I asked. And I dont feel as good after drinking the smoothie - as I did before. I am Looking forward to experiencing better Energy & Service the next time I'm in, if I do visit again, and I will be asking what exactly is in the smoothie, as I prefer and believe a raw fresh fruit smoothie - is the best. I recommend anyone who see this to begin to watch as your food/beverages are made & to know that ideally the people making your food must have good energy. Your health is everything. Love & Light

Came in like a week ago and got a matcha milk tea with boba, vegan with cashew milk. The girls were super sweet and so helpful. I love this place! Shoutout to Hailey for ensuring my drink was correct and plant based.

Came inside to try out No1 for the first time along with a colleague that recommended me to try this place. I've tried bubble tea let alone worked in one before so I feel like I know the protocols. I asked certain questions since certain bubble shops work their drinks differently. And the responses I get from the female worker working there on the register were very quick and vague. She hated the idea that I asked so many questions and did not make her day easier. It was very unprofessional and displeasing to see this sort of attitude with customers.I also was still in the process of my drink order, but then she pushed the coworker there to make the drink already without me finishing out my one drink completely. I understand getting ahead of yourself, but not to the point where the customer is still figuring out one drink order and is asking coworker to do it midway through the level process.Probably will not visit there again especially when I was told by another colleague how the same girl counted tips while she was there and backed everyone else from ordering, pushing them aside to just count the money in the jar.Def not the best experience.
