The worst Boba Tea of ​​my stay in California.Cold reception, and tasteless Boba tea... I took the Oreo Cookie Chocolate, and it only tasted like powdered chocolate in water...I increased my bill because I kindly told the cashier who made us more. Better but not extraordinary either.

I don't think these people care about business or people smiling because last night 8:41 we went to get some boba bc me and my bf love going there I love the chocolate one bc who doesn't he got the mango peach but we asked for boba and extra and my bf ended up getting none so why would y'all do that to us and I hope y'all didn't charge me for boba at all which they did this is a continuous thing with them their attitudes when people walk in they make people not wanna come so that's why next time I'll be getting from somewhere else but it's the closest to me and opened later then most so maybe I will be back but I won't hesitate to give a bad rating I have a photo but all of a sudden it's gone so I still like their drinks tho

i hardly ever leave bad reviews because i believe everyone has bad days but top to bottom that was the worst boba experience ever. no atmosphere or music and very awkwardly empty and quiet that makes you not want to be there. i initially tried to order a T11 (amazing rooibos) and the staff girl didnt even know what i was talking about till i pointed out the exact number of the item i wanted and she said they didnt have it. i responded "oh not right now?" and she replied to inform me that they simply didnt carry that one - despite it being on the menu... so i was like uhhh okay i guess ill have a taro slush with extra boba. when i received the drink, which took a while, it has a very unpleasant chalkiness to it and the "extra" boba (it was a normal amount of boba) was clearly either not cooked all the way or frozen and thawed because it had that gritty center that boba can get when its not made or handled properly. I am honestly sorry to even write it but i was so struck by how poorly that visit to a boba store went. Should go to the one in Alliante next time, learned my lesson!

Workers don't have any customer service- whatever. I got the Thai tea and it tasted like water. I've been before and it didn't taste this way- they're not consistent. What they are consistent on is their boba. Boba is hard and not chewy. I've went several times and the boba it's just never fresh like other places. Reason why I give it a 2 is because I know other flavors are good so maybe get it without boba.

I tried to give this a 2nd chance since it's the closest to the soccer park. Regretted it less than a minute in. Customer service zero. The most simplest tasks such as a greeting, a smile, a thank you... nothing, so you can imagine anything further needed than that. Never again.

Customer service is terrible girl was very strange soon as I walked up to counter she did not make eye contact I stood there a bit waiting to be acknowledged finally I just said ok to my daughter u want Taro boba? Then I said can I get a Taro Boba for her she finally responded she was very unfriendly didn't smile I found it very rude I'll never return to this location simply because she was very unaproachable. Come on lady lighten up smile or at least acknowledge your customers ?

I see all of these negative reviews about the customer service and employees being rude? I've been coming here for years and I've never experienced any rudeness in any way whatsoever from the employees. The drinks are very consistent and they are always very fast with getting my drinks ready. I order the same thing everytime so I can't speak to other menu items but they get mine right everytime. Thanks Boba #1 on Lake Mead!

To owner Amy W. Your No. #1 boba location is the worst location ever. Your staff is rude and unpleasant. 0/10 customer service. At this location they do not carry the 16oz option and to get it you have order it online.. how does that make sense? That was my first encounter with them. This last time I went I ordered online a vanilla chai blended and other drinks for my sisters. When I go in to get it the lady which she said her name was ''maria' was working (short with glasses and wears a hat) I remember her being confrontational about the 16oz issue when I first came in to this location. Anyways, she told me that milk teas are not blended and only iced, I advised he that I always get that drink and at other locations they always bled it. She said that at that location they do not and that only the Thai tea can be blended. Again, how does that make sense? Mind you they also short you on boba at this location!! I was upset that I was charged for something I did not ask for when they have the option to get it blended online. I called and that's when I spoke to 'Maria' I asked her what her name was and she hesitated then that's when she said Maria, I asked her for a manager and she said that there alwas no manager in that day. I asked when will the manager be back in and she said she didn't know. She then continued to say "why what's the problem" that's when I advised her that the complaint was about her and her lack of customer service. She then told me to hold on and passed the phone to another lady. I asked who I was talking to and all I heard was "ahhhmm mmmm" hesitating to say her name after asking about 3 times who I was talking to I then said what is your name? And she said Linda, I asked her is she was the manager and she said yes. I asked why I was being lied to when the lady name 'Maria' told me there was no manager on shift. She said I'm sorry I don't know. I told her I don't appreciate being charged for something I did not ask for let alone being lied to" she apologized and said that they do not blend milk teas there and refunded me the $5.45 I paid for it. Not to mention that the tea was also just milk... it had no flavor whatsoever. They have for sure lost my service and I will not be going back to this location any longer. To Amy: you should really do some changes to your restaurant before you end up with no customers due to your horrible staff and questionable options.

The two girls was rude I told her two times no boba and she wanted to give me an attitude about it and when I was going to get another drink she looked at me and said I’m making it when after I told her I would like to order more and then she came with the first drink I order for my son and I told her what I would like to get and she pointed at the other lady and she paid no attention to me she was drinking from her cup and just ignored me so rude!!! I guess they don’t need business so I’ll take mine somewhere else where they appreciate there customer more

Seems like the quality has gone down hill. It doesn't taste the same? And I wish you'd just build in the tip in the price so there's no pressure when they're waiting to see if you'll tip or not. What' happens if I don't tip? There's also only either medium or large, no small? I have not been here in a while and I don't think I'd come back.
