I've had more flavorful sushi at a grocery store. Insanely overpriced, tasteless sushi. Service was on point. Our server (Josh) was outstanding. The food was a total disappointment. Over all value was nil. Will never go back to this supposed world famous sushi restaurant.

This was not the Nobu standard I am used to in other major cities. The food was very disappointing, and the wine by the glass was equally disappointing. The atmosphere is fine, but nothing to write home about. The only positive was an attentive wait staff.

Great meal and service. Natasha was great putting our meal together, the menu flowed nicely and everything was delicious. Expensive but totally worth it. A definite stop every time we're in Vegas.

I have a shellfish allergy AND a new gluten allergy, and not only was my server helpful but he also made sure to be clear about what had gluten or shellfish and what didn't with every dish that was brought out. Amazing service, delicious food.

Considering how much I was looking forward to dining at a Nobu restaurant , my expectations were above the food experience . The Shitake salad was good, the spicy scallop roll lacked good flavor and I ordered Sashimi Tuna which was tough and lacking good flavor. I was expecting a butter like chew on the tuna but it was more like biting into meat with grizzle. Maybe it was cut incorrectly but I sent it back. The wait staff was courteous and nice. My Pina martini was really good. Overall it was kind of disappointing considering the reputation other locations have .

The toughest part of our dinner, was taking pictures of our food. We got one picture, and decided to just enjoy the moment. My wife had the Lychee Martini, and I had a Sapporo. We started off with Nobu tuna tacos at happy hour. Yes, happy hour is the best time to go. We then ordered a yellowtail jalapeño. Thinly sliced yellowtail with a thin slice of jalapeño in a shallow ponzu. We doubled that order. We then ordered a couple rolls. A spicy tuna and a salmon avocado roll. A second round of drinks were ordered and my wife had another Lychee Martini and Max the bartender suggested a Koshihkari Echigo(I had to look that up to get the correct spelling) wonderful beer. Max then suggested a few dishes and we took his advice. Ordered a Tuna Ginger Tosazu. A Tai Sashimi with Jalapeño Garlic Ponzu. Wow amazing taste. By this time, we had another round of drinks, and we were full. Max brought out a white chocolate pot de crème dessert for my wife's birthday. Wow just amazing. I had an expresso with that. I must also mention that the two young ladies behind the bar with Max were very nice and engaging in conversation as the bussed our plates and glasses. We sat at the bar this whole time and had it to ourselves. A lovely happy hour turned into a great dinner. The bill was well over $300 and worth every penny. Cannot wait to get back to Nobu. If you go. Let Max suggest plates for you. You will not be disappointed.

The way that he described the dishes i could already taste it!!! And of course everything word he spoke came true!! The ambience was elegant as expected. Albert was awesome with his knowledge and promptness!! What a cohesive team these two! Someone PLEASE PLEASE give these gentleman there flowers! Will most definitely recommend as well as return!

Nobu is a fantastic experience, with tasteful, excellent and innocative dining options. It was so good last year we went back several times during our visit to the Virgin Hotel in March 2023. I was greatly looking forward to dining this year during our stay at the Virgin Hotel. I highly recommend Nobu for the food, the experience the team service concept and high attention to all details of the dining event.

Service was great. Taste was delicious! Portion size for price was a little disappointing. I had black cod miso and salmon eggs, my friends had sirloin and roasted cauliflower and sirloin... we also had the lychee martini and Nobu sidecar... exceptional flavors all around

Probably one of the most expensive dinners I've ever had, but it was great. Our server chose most of our dishes for us and he did a fantastic job. Everything was delicious, including the sake he selected. I actually prefer this location over the one inside Caesars as it's much easier to get in and out of and it is also much calmer. I believe this is actually the original Nobu in Las Vegas.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at Nobu last night and received exceptional service from our waiter Mason and the rest of the crew. The food and ambiance could not have been better. I left my phone at the table and the maître D found me in the valet area and returned it to me. Amazing and will be back?

NoBu restaurant, nestled within the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service and delectable offerings. Before heading to the Wu-Tang Clan concert, we indulged in the custom beverage, C.R.E.A.M.sicle which was citrusy, orange, and reminiscent of the old school frozen creamsicle pops, which left a lasting impression with its unique flavor profile. As light-bite enthusiasts, we were pleased with the array of appetizers and sushi selections available. Each dish was crafted with precision and featured quality ingredients, with the lightly fried okra stealing the show as a personal favorite. The sushi rolls and soup were equally delightful, showcasing the chef's expertise and commitment to flavor. The ambiance of Noble restaurant was nothing short of stunning, with tasteful decor adding to the overall dining experience. The staff, characterized by their knowledge and friendliness, took the time to guide us through the menu and dishes, ensuring a memorable culinary journey. Noble restaurant at the Virgin Hotel is a must-visit destination for those seeking exceptional food and hospitality in Las Vegas.

Staff was very friendly, portions are tiny, personally I didn't think they were worth the price. However the food did taste good. The sushi was not rolled very tight and was difficult to eat with chopsticks or hands.

I really enjoyed the customer service at Nobu LV while I indulged myself with a fine dessert and some fresh fish in the desert. Nobu Rocks!
