My visit to Nobu was a mix of emotions. The black cod with miso was arguably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. On the other hand, the toro and scallion roll was no better than what I would expect to find from sushi purchased at a gas station or a grocery store. While I question whether it was actually toro, they destroyed a beautiful fish by mincing it and rolling it rather than leaving it intact to give the dense, meaty bite I would expect.Shoshito peppers should be on the list as an appetizer but be prepared for the heat that comes with it.Another star of the meal was the lobster taco and the wagyu taco. Each taco was about as long as my index finger, but the wagyu and lobster were cooked perfectly. I would argue that the wagyu was better and it would certainly be ordered again

Do not go here if you are hungry and don’t want to spend $300-400, and that’s for a table of 3-4. I was shocked when my wavy tacos came out ($20 each) and I ate the whole thing in 1 bite and both tacos in 2 bites. And the food quality was not that good. I understand charging more because it’s an upscale restaurant and we had a wedding and it was nice and fancy , but the proportions was almost comical and should be order line illegal. We had to leave and went to actually eat somewhere else. Come on guys, I u sweat and this is Vegas and there’s a lot of people in Vegas spending plenty of $$$, but this is a shame. I will not be back and the server was great. Even told me when I ordered 2 tacos that they are small, but small is an understatement. And wagyu steaks is $55 an ounce!! I have ate wagyu at many places and was better and good sizes. It was expensive but not this was nothing I could have expected. I would have had to eat 6-8 of these tacos at $120-160 to remotely be full. And these have nothing else with them and I understand somewhat but I just can’t grasp how anyone can serve so little food for 1/4 of the price, much less 100% of what this place charged. Good luck and you won’t have this customer ever walk thru those doors again. And I’m not hurting for $$$, may not be a multi millionaire but I still think it is a waste. Sorry for the review but had I seen this review before our party of 13 ate here we would have keep looking! That’s and good luck .

Words just can't describe how incredible our experience was from beginning to end! The service was exceptional, the food was brilliant and the atmosphere was well balanced. Our several Manny took us on a culinary adventure that was out of this world! The attention to detail in every way, from the acknowledgement and incorporation of gluten-free options, to inadvertently dropping my chop stick and before my hand even reached the table another waiter rushed over with a new set, was truly astonishing! This experience was a once in a lifetime experience that will be unsurpassable and unforgettable!!!

The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional! Arnold and his team were attentive and anticipated our needs. Arnold gave great recommendations for food and wine. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

2nd time visiting Nobu and it was the best dinner I've had in a long time! The atmosphere was perfect. Our server, Columbia, was incredible and walked us through the menu. Everything we ordered we ended up ordering 2-3x that night.

The food is absolutely fantastic with explosions of flavor in each bite! We didn't like the half booth, half table that sat us nearly next to another couple we didn't know but we didn't request a table ahead of time. We have been several times to Nobu and will definitely come again!

Not giving this a 5 because of the portions. I feel for the price it should be more. But of course, you're in vegas. With that being said. The atmosphere, service and quality of the sushi was really good. Although, I had better elsewhere and for cheaper. The mango passion drink was smooth.

The food was amazing. The black cod miso and the wagyu were our favorites (we ordered raw and cooked wagyu). Don't bother with the edemame. It was just seasoned with a little salt and was very boring. The service, however, was awful. I don't know if our waitress was trying to ignore us or if she just wasn't good at her job, but when you pay over $200 per person at a restaurant, the service should at least be decent at a minimal. We are super easy going, did not ask for anything to be particularly made or anything out of the ordinary. We basically had to wave our server down (which I hate doing bc I think it's rude) to get her attention and we had to ask on several occasions for the raw oysters we ordered...It wasn't overly busy, either. Anyway, go for the food, but I guess don't expect decent service bc you'll be disappointed.

Recommended dishes: Black Cod with Miso, Salmon Belly Karashi Sumiso, Wagyu Foie Gras Roll

Poor service from main server. Couldn't hear him. Didn't explain anything about how menus worked. No suggestions. When asked, what he recommends, he said, “personal preference”. Better options for same price point with more food

Another over rated celebrity restuarant. The most poorly laid out menu I have ever seen. So so food and service. Uchi is by far head and shoulders above Nobu.

Place was okay at best...food was a bit overpriced, for what you were getting, but it tasted good...service was good, but, overall wouldn't go out of my way to go here

The Sushi, service and the atmosphere were all on par with the best ever. Our server, Victoria was delightful and she made some incredible recommendations. You want the best? You’ll have it here at Nobu, Caesar's Vegas.

This place does not advertise much for vegan's and menu doesn't show much but they actually have tons of offerings if you ask your server. It's not just modified regular dishes it's specific dishes for vegan. We did the vegan tasting menu and you do not need to book this in advance. It was great, unique, tasty and service was incredible. Your glass of water will never get to half empty before refilled. Slightly more on the expensive side but really good and worth while.Vegetarian options: Large vegan menu offering not listed on the menu
