Everything was good ,hard to find these days, our favorite place for breakfast, could use a little better grade of coffee but not bad. Service is always good also!

Went here on a whim during a recent trip to Vegas. Not only was the menu huge (and not just omelets) but the service was fantastic and the prices were very non-Strip (a nice change). Our table had the carnitas omelet, the chili omelet, and French Toast. The omelets came with banana nut or pumpkin bread (so we got both to try), along with crispy potatoes (like home made chips). Everything was delicious. the Ranchero sauce on the carnitas omelet reminded me of a really good New Mexican green chili sauce which I've never had outside of NM. Both the pumpkin and banana bread were AMAZING as well. The portions were massive (which was good because we were STARVING), the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the place had a very old school homey "Grandma's House" feel to it. All in all, we will be back when we're in the area or when we need a bite before hitting of Frankie's Tiki Room down the street. ;-)

Service is a hit and miss depending on your wait staff for the day. Either that server i had was having a bad or she was just hateful. Oh well.

A hidden gem really big portions so do not over order really tasty I had a Philly omelette and stuffed French the only thing is that the stuffed French had to much white stuff and apple filling I think it could of been lighter and it would of been perfect!! The coffee wasn't strong it was like watered down I'm use to dark roast but will be back in a couple of years definitely service was good

I always Love the food here, the banana bread is the bomb. I had the eggs Benedict , lots of fresh ham on the English muffin, the sauce very flavorful. My hubby had a ham n cheese omelet so huge n delicious. Service was excellent, so folks head on down to the Omelet house u will not regret it. Yum!!

I found this place by searching on Yelp for "all day breakfast in Las Vegas." It sounded like a great place to try because as I've mentioned in other reviews my husband and I do not keep "normal" hours. First off, this place must be popular due to "word of mouth" recommendations because it would be impossible to find, otherwise. It is "hidden" in a small strip mall of sorts. Once you walk in the door, it's still not "easy" to find. There are signs (thank goodness) that guide you through the maze of the mini-mall to the actual entrance to the restaurant. Once inside, it's a throw-back to an a comfy old family diner. In the section where we were seated were tons of sports memorabilia, mostly referencing the Golden Knights. The menu, as the name of the establishment implies, is a listing of probably 60 different types of omelets. In addition, they also offer selections for lunch, but we were there for breakfast, so I didn't really explore the lunch options. I noticed how some omeletes had the words "large only." In retrospect, I should have asked what they meant by that because I later found out that their omelets are made with SIX eggs...I mean 1/2 dozen of eggs per omelete (and their prices are VERY reasonable, most dishes are under $13 per offering), but REALLY? 6 eggs...This makes for a HUGE omelet and obviously they do NOT want you to go smaller because I later found out a "smaller" portion made with 3 egss is only $1.00 less. I ordered the "Joe" omelete. It was made with ground beef, onions, spinch, and cheese. It was very tasty, but it wasn't a true omelete (scrambled eggs folded over with the ingredients in the center). Mine was actually a scramble with everything mixed together, which was fine for me because I love scrambles. However, a scramble is not an omelete. My husband ordered "The Bugsy." It was made with roast beef, an italian sauce and cheese. It was served as a true omelete and tasted delious. The dishes are served with "spuds." These are thinly cut potoatoes that are kind of like a potato chip, but not quite as crisp. You are also given a choice of pumpkin bread, banana nut bread or toast. I chose the pumpkin bread and it was delicious. Almost like a cake. It was moist and filled with pumpkin and raisins. Hubby went for the sourdough toast. It was what you'd expect when ordering sourdough toast. Over all, we enjoyed our breakfast very much. We just were a bit disappointed that although we made it known it was our first time at the restaurant our server did NOT inform us the omeletes are all made with 6 eggs. We know for the future that we'll be sharing a dish or ordering the smaller portion. However, everything was cooked well and tasted great.

I found this place on Yelp last night . This place was so gooooood the kids loved it . It was our first time . It did have a long line but it moved fast. When I called it was a 35 min wait , we waited about 20 min. The food was hot and the potatoes was to die for. The place was clean and it was busy.. my kind of spot .. reminds me of the mom and pops spots!! I can't wait to come back . I'm not sure if the man was there owner or manager but he walked around and thanked everyone for waiting and he was short staffed but everyone was ok, including us

They definitely have wait for good reason...the entire experience was amazing! Staff and service were great! Coffee 5*, fresh made pumpkin/banana bread 5*, food 5*... Suzette was our server and Kevin had the wait line moving. Really friendly and positive experience.

Listen ---- I usually hate omelettes. Dry bland egg with soggy ingredients, and either too much cheese or not enough. But when you're at Omelette House, you gotta try one, and I'm soooo happy I did! If we lived in area we would come here weekly - price is right, food is as great as the service. We had the ham & cheddar as well as the Chile verde omelette and loved them! Crispy garlic house made potato chips were delicious (though I wish thicker, then it could be a happy medium between a chip and breakfast potatoes).

Omelette House is a nice little Gem in Las Vegas. Boyfriend found this place on a quick search for a brunch spot when heading out of Las Vegas on our way home. While we did wait for a bit in line until we could get a seat, staff did what they could to move us along to have us seated; plus we did go at a prime dining time. Now to the food. It was really good! Large portion sizes and bottomless coffee. The food is delicious. I got the Corned Beef Experience with a side of banana nut bread and the potatoes. It was so good, but there was SO MUCH FOOD that I was unable to eat half of it. But that is okay! The food was so good! There was some significant amount of homemade hash with onions and 'drools thinking about it.' Boyfriend got the Country Fried Steak omelette with the Banana Nut bread and potatoes....he demolished it he enjoyed it that much (and then went to sample mine and I swear he was jealous). Pretty certain you could have rolled both of us out of there. Make sure you take a minute to look around and enjoy the wall decor too! Very interesting themes and collections laying about. Staff was friendly and the owners are so nice! Make sure to stop at this restaurant if you can.

My husband and I visited the Omelet House this morning before leaving Vegas on an early flight. This restaurant was the highlight of our trip! I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this place. We were warmly greeted by Loni and she was such a joy! She was so hospitable, helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. We also had Susannah serve us and she was so sweet and her service was awesome! This place is such a gem. The employees are some of the best we've ever had. And the lobster benedict was AMAZING! There was a lot of real lobster in it and it was under $15. Such a steal for a lobster dish. Their breakfast "spuds" are more like a homeade potato chip but we enjoyed them and found them unique. We will definitely be back next time we visit Vegas. Everything about this place is awesome! Do yourself a favor and go try them out. And ask for Loni and Susannah. They are the best! Thank you for making our last breakfast in Vegas a memorable meal.

What a gem of a place that our aunt and uncle took us to! It's so charming inside and the food was FRESH! Homemade as well, which is always comforting when traveling. I loved the pumpkin bread that was served with the hash. I think I cleaned my plate! I just couldn't stop! My husband loved his eggs Benny. This place I hear fills up quick so get there early and bring your appetite!
