Once he assisted us he assembled our order well. The Cashier was very friendly.What we ordered:1.) Classic Zaba Chicken Bowl $11.25 My hubby said his was fresh and taste.2.) Classic Queso Shrimp Bowl $13.15 Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Very poor customer service, The manager has to teach his employees how to serve customers. Two of the servers working tonight around 7:30 pm are not nice and they miss treated customers who come to take dinner. Poor service!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Poor customer service

Anytime I go shopping in downtown summerlin I eat here. I love the food, the taste and smell are phenomenal oh and it also doesn't hurt that you can get a beer with your meal ?. CheersP.S. they surf and turf burrito is AMAZING, treat yourself.

Service here was HORRIBLE. We came right when they opened. The woman workers made a boy with no experience take our order. When he messed up the woman got mad and took over. She asked if my cousin and I were paying separately and I stated YES. She then asked if my cousin wanted something and she said yes and the worker lady said THATS WHY I ASKED IF YOU WERE PAYING SEPARATELY. In a rude way. She then messed up my cousins food and refused to fix it. After she sat back down with her group and continued to laugh and interrupt other customers.

This local chain has stood the test of time, with a menu that hardly changes. The style of ordering has always been assembly line. My go-to is a plant-based burrito with whole wheat tortilla, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, jackfruit asada, sweet potatoes, corn salsa, pico de gallo, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice. Sometimes, I'll include their queso planta (plant-based cheese). This makes for a large burrito of mostly whole food ingredients, that is also low in oil and salt. It is a good value for the price, which is part of what I believe makes this location appealing to the preponderance of high school students who like to dine here.

Ori'Zaba's Scratch Mexican Grill is my favorite spot for authentic Mexican food. The flavors are bold, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Zabas is usually always good so this review is more about the service than the food. I've ordered from this restaurant a few times through doordash which doesn't allow any sort of special request through the app. So, I have been able to call and make my special request over the phone each time the nice lady I spoke with was more than willing to take my special request and each time my food has been delivered exactly as I've asked. Awesome example of great customer service!
