First off I don’t believe in bad reviews but I feel the need to urgently heads up anyone coming here thinking this is the place to celebrate a special moment while I’m Vegas…the pictures they have posted are NOTHING like what they provide.. we had a large party so many had different menu items I can say the food was sub par none of our party loved it dry not flavorful steaks the hot/cold bar was like cafeteria sides..the drinks were meh I’m a bartender I didn’t think it was that hard to make a pina colada but I suppose I’m wrong. Our waiter was nice but the front desk was a NiGHTMARE to deal with super not friendly.. and might I add there was a literal whole In the ceiling above us place looked like it was falling apart big disappointing for sure…

Pampas is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Casino, and is walkable from the strip. That is unless you're on your second day of wearing heels, wearing a wrap dress and competing with a wind advisory. After recombobulating on arrival, our party of 7 was lucky enough to be seated in the small private room located across from reception. The setting and ambiance was quite lovely, although I personally thought the table could have been a tad bit bigger considering each person had 2 plates and 2 glasses. Still, the space was big enough to accommodate our main server (who was very friendly, attentive and accommodating) and the constant influx of others who presented and distributed the various assortment of tender, juicy and flavorful meats.The market table and hot side bar offered a nice variety of options, suitable for most tastes. If you prefer not to embark on the stomach stuffing all you can eat rodizio meats, there are plenty of other options to choose from, including seafood, ribs and brisket. If you still have room after dinner, there is always dessert, with the tiramisu being very good.If you have not tried a Brazilian steakhouse before, and are in Vegas, I recommend giving Pampas a try. Reservations are highly recommended as tables fill up fast.

Had high expectations, but not met on so many levels. Unique Ketty Bot to usher us to table for 4, but waitress took order & gave check. No water refills or check in. Salad bar options weren't that great as rice was mushy & cold. Meat service not good. Staff came by but not timely. Supposed shrimp was awful & we weren't informed it was extra. Overall a dismal food experience. Don't go.

Walked in without a reservation to get a meal before a concert.This is typical all you can eat salad bar and grilled item place and we ordered ala carte. The food we ordered was good but it took a long time. I had to get up and ask for it as we had to get going. If you like buffets and all you can eat then I think this place for you as the salad bar was really good and I usually don't like them.

I never in my wildest dreams, have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, or called them self a Brazilian steakhouse like this establishment. The atmosphere of their staff in my eyes and my guest thought their service was terrible. I’ll start off we ordered a buffet meal. There were no cards to flip and everything that I’m used to coming with me. everything was à la cart. They’re a little small round rolls were hard you could knock some out with. We as a group asked for food to be prepared a certain way, and it was not. It was well undercooked. We asked for well done, and it mooed and about got off the plate (meaning cow). I really took a personal staff attitude was not the greatest. I’m assuming because they were running at a skeleton staff. I would say I had to pull the manager aside and have a talk and it got a little better. They moved a different person over to our area to take care of us, but by then the damage was done. For the price we paid and what we had way overrated and too much money never to go back again. If somebody else would try it, I hope the best for you. I realized I was gonna write a post on this, but I wish I would’ve had took pictures to back up my words.

We waited 45 min before any cuts of meat came by. We decided to leave before trying any. The hot and cold bar is very much expensive cafeteria food. Your better off getting fast food.

First off. Charging people for water? FAILAlso.. Fire alarm kept going off randomly. Blaring in dining guests' faces with bright flashing lights and a horrendously loud tone. And a manager walked up to each table with a very passive aggressive energy.She was asking guests how everything was going (pretending like it wasn't happening) my whole table said "pretty good", or "not too bad thanks".. I had said "could be worse" and she immediately focused her hostile attitude toward me and said "what do you mean by that, could be worse how?, that's coming from the mall I have no control over that"Which, even if that's true, fine.. Buy why the defensiveness? Where is the customer service in a simple sorry that this is happening thanks for putting up with it?And the worst part, the bottom line is.. Nothing I wrote before this really matters when you consider the MASSIVE Cockroach that was scuttling around on the tile floor of their salad bar room!!! ??NEVER going back to this place and I will steer anyone I know, as well.Won't be surprised at all to see it on the news or shut down by the health department within the next year.

Good was delicious. Ray was amazing and made it possible to get anything we required promptly. 10/10 would come back again.Wheelchair accessibility: The nearest entrance has automatic doors and a slightly inclined ramp to reach the restaurant.

The food and atmosphere is great!We did the late night rodizo and I liked the variety of meats. Also the salad bar had a variety of sides not only saladOur Server Alex, made it an amazing experience. He showed great customer service and was on top of everything.I really enjoyed that people here didn't look like they hate their job.Totally recommend!

The service, atmosphere, and food were incredible. Pampas gets 2 thumbs up. Ask for Alex, you'll get amazing customer service.We tried this location a couple of years ago; and the service, food, atmosphere, and staff, including the managers, were horrible.We were very happy we gave them another try... The managers were out on the floor interacting with customers and lending a hand wherever needed. It's great to actually see awesome teamwork in action!We will definitely visit Pampas again. ❤️Don't forget to try the Brazilian lemonade!Vegetarian options: Full salad, fruit, cold pasta, and soup barKid-friendliness: Staff welcome kids

I love this place and will go back when I return to Vegas. You get served meat every second…. you will be overwhelmed!! The servers are pleasant. Go there. You won’t regret it.
