I love Mexican Food and now I have a new favorite. Your greeted at the door with a friendly face. They get you seated in a timely manner. They start you off with delicious chips and salsa like the other restaurants, but the salsa was real good. Not too hot, not watered thin. The dinner was a good portion of food and delicious. The restaurant itself was designed to have that authentic Mexican feeling. The grand staircase is a must see. You won't be disappointed in your visit.

Beto and Jimme took very good care of us. They refilled our drinks for free and kept bringing out chips when we ran low. The were so kind and accommodated out every need. He brought us bags for our food even without us asking. And the place was beautiful, stained glass art everywhere and flowers and wonderfuk tiles. the food was some of the greatest Mexican food you'll find in Vegas. I highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near Vegas or Henderson.Kid-friendliness: no kids menu but everything is fully customizable.

Slow service, our waiter spoke maybe three sentences to us. Food was burnt and nasty, could not finish it. Only thing good there was the alcohol. Still paid over $80 for two meals and two drinks. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went for weekday lunch.Atmosphere and wait staff top notch.Had the chili Verde burrito which I am picky about, again Top Tier.We are locals over 10 years can not believe this was our first visit, we will be back.

This place has the worst hostess in the entire city of Las Vegas. Made reservations. Half our party was 13 mins late and she had the nerve to tell us we had LESS then 2 hrs to have dinner.Since we were 13mins late from physically sitting at the table, (we decided to wait for our whole party. Which the hostess said was fine) BUT because of this, according to her, we now had less than 2hrs of time to eat ??. She wanted to WARN US THAT WE HAD LESS THEN 2 hours TO HAVE DINNER. she told that to our entire party before we got seated! ?Like holy crap, we live in Las Vegas. I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants here and many of them on the strip at high end casinos restaurants. Not once have I EVER had a hostess give us a “TIME LIMIT” on our dinner. What an absolute joke. You work at PONCHOS in Summerlin. Embarrassing. I’ll never step foot here again.
