This place was amazing! The owner was the person who actually served us and Ernesto was awesome!! This place has a vegan menu as well so I got to have a wonderful lunch with my friends. It used to be under other ownership that kept limited hours but now dinner hours are open for business! The corn tortillas here are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I had menudo which was legit! But next time I am in Vegas, I'm doing street tacos for sure!!! I had such a wonderful time here eating great food and spending time with my friends!!!

First time there. It has just changed to new management and a slightly different menu, according to our server. He recommended the wet burrito after I explained what I was craving. It hit the spot! Sooo good that I saved the left overs and enjoyed it again the next day! He also gave us complimentary churros. Definitely check it out.

We stopped in for a last minute dinner here. It was so appreciated to have vegan options and a larger menu than many other Mexican restaurants with vegetarian options. There was cauliflower, mushrooms, soyrizo, potatos, zucchini etc for veggie filling options. They even have vegan cheese available. My husband enjoyed a variety of meat street tacos and I got some vegan enchiladas.Everything was seasoned well, the rice and beans were great too. They clearly care about making sure every part of the plate has enough spices. The hibiscus drink was really tasty and the vegan flan was amazing. I don’t know if I’ve ever been able to find a vegan flan, certainly not recently. They mentioned they’re under new management. Everyone was very kind and friendly and they went out of their way for us. I’ve had a lot of bland veggie Mexican food in the past and this was such a nice surprise. This is a gem, I am so glad my son and I decided to try this restaurant, the place is clean, food is delicious and authentic. I ordered the Queso Birria Tacos, the tortillas are handmade you can taste the high quality ingredients they use, the meat was not fatty like some other places, my son ordered the Pork Plate and that was delicious too. I can't wait to go back, also they have Vegan dishes, Happy Hour from 5PM-8PM, buy one Michelada any beer and you get one free, can't beat that.

I went to panchos tonight for a quick dinner after school work. I was greeted by the manager who was more then happy to take my order! He waited patiently as I looked over the menu, since it was my first time, and when I took my order he gave me great recommendations. I had very meaningful conversation with him. When I tried my food it was definitely the best I have had. I was not disappointed at all. I would recommend to ANYONE. Definitely going back for the menudo and micheladas!!

We were warmly greeted and shown to a table. Ask what we'd like to drink and we ordered water with lemon when she brought it to us along with chips and salsa.It took us awhile to choose what we wanted to eat. Our waitress, Marianela, answered some questions and we made our selection.Our lunch was served quickly and it looked great, better yet it tasted wonderful! Big mistake on my part. I didn't take a picture of our food. I was so busy eating, next time and I hope to get back soon.The restaurant was clean, the bathroom perfect and it was a great place to have lunch.
