DO NOT COME HERE! The portions here are extremely small and they mine and my mom’s order wrong. When I asked the worker to give me a bit more of the chow mein the worker said “yes sure” but when she went to pick up the food she paused and said, “this is all we arw allowed to give” ?? like why say yes in the first place? + portion was small!! There was also hair in my food ? not worth the money you pay so go to another location.

I don’t eat panda express, but I tried it last night for the first time, I went in to the restaurant and had a bad experience not with the food but with the people who worked there, this one girl gave me Attitude while I was telling her What I wanted. She kept rolling her eyes at me., And that point I was just fed up. She acted like she was a racist on top of that. I got offended and at that point, I would never go back to that panda express ever again. I couldn’t talk to a manager because I was in a rush but she acted like she didn’t even wanna make my food or take my order. Worst experience of my life. I also had to keep on repeating, And tell her what kind of order I want. I couldn’t hear the girl on what she was saying but she decided to act like she was head honcho of my order and basically telling me no you’re gonna get what you’re gonna get. My order came up $28 and some change.

Went straight to the register thinking it would be quick and easy to purchase gift cards....not here! I asked Elijah right away if I could, to which he responded "give me one minute." Okay, I see you're in the middle of helping someone, of course. Immediately after he completed that transaction he went to help on the line. Okay, I understand, that's why I asked if I could, he should be back..like he said.. Easily over 5 minutes go by before he comes back and points to us as if to ask "you needed?..." Gift cards? I say. He asks who I assume was the manager on duty (at about 7:15pm on Saturday, 12/23) and comes back to tell me "we have a lot of orders right now so it's gonna be a little while before we can get to you." ?? I said would it be better if I just go to another location? "Probably" he said. Ha! What??.. That's so funny. So...gift card sales (that I sillily assumed SHOULD have been a fast sale) seem to be for the slow times at this location. Decatur and Charleston is right down the street, just go there.
