Was our "go to" Panda Express but not no more. Well, I don't eat anything but a fortune cookie, we would be looking forward to visiting there again when we have a chance.

I love Panda Express and this location is always clean with great customer service! I don’t know why people talk down on Panda Express. They have quality food, for great prices. If you go to a Chinese restaurant and you order one main dish and a side you’ll pay at least 30 dollars plus. Here at Panda Express I paid 24 dollars total because I ordered the large dinner plate and all the sides, a Mexican glass bottle of soda, and I upgraded to the shrimp and sirloin steak bites and I donated to their helping kids charity and it still came out better and cheaper than most sit down Chinese restaurants. This Panda Express is Awesome, their food is great and fresh and service is outstanding! Plus they have a drive thru. Their grilled teriyaki chicken has to be some of the best chicken ever! Always tasty and moist and delicious! Tastes great even without the teriyaki sauce! They always give big portions too!

Don't know what's going with this location? Every time we go now the egg rolls & ragoons are over cooked & the fortune cookies taste stale!

The manager, Maria, is so kind and works very hard for her customers. This is a great Panda location.

I'm delighted to always come to this location to order my party platters. They are perfect to serve at any occasion,my guests are always satisfied with the quality and freshness of the food. The showmein is especially very flavorful and is my favorite. Thank you for having it ready at the time I requested it and for the presentation of the food. It was phenomenal.Parking: I have always been able to find close parking without problems.

tldr; Terrible place. The food is the same as every pe but the service is awful, especially online orders. The only reason I went to this store is because it's close by to another errand otherwise I would never eat there. The customer service is awful and parking is a hassle as well. Every other place I've been to, I ask for my order by name and they give it to me. The pickup orders are just a few feet from the register. But this particular store I get hassled all the time but not any more because I'm done. I'll go to the takeout next to smiths across the street; better food anyway. Last time I was there, they grabbed the order and then insisted that I tell them the phone number before they would hand it over. There's only one order on the counter for pickup! So it's raining today, hard and I have to park a couple hundred yards away and then I'm not ordering food but there's only person handling the checkout and she's ignoring me and just walks away. This other woman comes over and it's just chaos as she's trying to figure out who is next as they don't have a line for pickup orders anyway. So again, I asked for my order by name and she insists that I have to give her a confirmation number or email. Well, I'm not trudging out to my truck for my phone in the rain. My order is maybe 3 ft away on the counter. I don't need an email or confirmation number. She's just yanking my chain on purpose. It's not the first time I've dealt with this woman. She was the one before a few weeks ago that wouldn't give me my order without verifying my phone number on the order. If she had asked, I would have told her but she's just standing there staring at me. Doesn't bother to check the orders or anything. Just staring at me. I shouldn't need a phone or print an email or remember a confirmation code. I told her all she needed and even showed my id and still she refused to give me what I already paid for.

And again, I only see one order on the counter for pickup.

I visited around 9:30 pm and the place was busy . They always seemed to portion the servings as they get closer to closing. If you order a plate, it seems like you’re getting a bowl with the size of their servings so they can serve more people and not having to cook anymore. Totally not fair because people are paying a full price and getting half of their value. That happens to all Panda Express regardless of location. I think they teach their employees to do that. They start cutting back one hour before closing. I always ask for a fresh one when the bowl is getting low even if I have to wait awhile. They don’t like it but hey, I’m the one that has to eat it.
