I came here on Friday and was served by a girl named Raquel. She has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. She was rushing me the entire time and gave me attitude. I come here all the time and I love the chefs food but the service from her makes me not want to come back ever!!
Zero people in line. Not a single customer in sight at peak dinner time.I asked for an XL go to box and asked for half of one thing and half the other and they flat out told me no.I guess Ill take my business elsewhere and you can serve all the other non-existent customers if your business is going to be petty and dumb.

This location is not closed. You know how you just are so hungry and the send noodles was too busy, Tim wan closed (9pm) and I don't wanna ayce cuz I've been there too many times this month. This location is good!!!!! Orange chicken fresh and more importantly food is hot! It was delicious and affordable. And no msg (so no gross headaches.) I will totally just eat here now so I can spend more on gambling. I feel like egg rolls are good, and the broccoli is good. Fried rice also hot and fresh. I am tired of spending so much on Chinese food if it tastes all the same. Plus I think they changed the chicken to hormone free antibiotic free. Anyway I'd rather eat at Whole Foods and get a rotisserie organic chicken but if I am chillin at the Palms casino then I will be here. I will not eat at Serranos anymore due to the food being cold and expensive. Yup that's the story. Plus it's next to the theater and they have nice reclining chairs there.
