Order #24010093474594816 I ordered from Ubereats, the order for 1/2 and honey, sesame, chicken and beef and broccoli ONLY had veggies. I am very disappointed in this and this location because I used to work here a few years ago and when I was there working this was NOT allowed. I am very up-happy to see how this location has gone downhill. I will NOT recommend what's so ever. As well your team members don't read because we always ask for certain sauces and we NEVER get them. The manager Daniel that I knew wouldn't allow this!
I walked in and the end of the line was at the door, so it was packed with people. We were standing and waiting for like 3 minutes before I realized that a family ahead of everyone was ordering a lot of plates and it was backing up the line. The manager started taking orders by hand and going up to each customer in line to continue moving people forward. She caught the line up and kept everyone on her team in the know on what was needed to expedite orders. It was honestly kinda beautiful to see the rhythm she got her team into. If it wasn't for that employee I'd probably not see such a difference in how my experience was compared to normal Panda Express visits. The food was kept clean and full throughout service. The manager deserves a higher paying position with less stress with that kind of work ethic.
