Had quite a nice experience here, everyone is so friendly. The food is fresh and the place is clean. People are actively cleaning and greeting everyone with genuine smiles.Fried rice, mushroom chicken, fire cracker shrimp (I was dying-like mouth on fire dying lol). I can’t handle spice well but the flavor was pretty damn good. We also got white rice and orange chicken, chicken roll and apple pie roll. The apple pie was really good but the other wasn’t to my liking. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t for me. It had great flavor.Overall nice place

The short version; The employee was tampered with the food container to make us sick. She was hounded us to tell us what we wanted in spite of nobody being in line or walking in the store at anytime. The only people were a few who were already at the tables eating. Every 7 seconds, what do you want? We said please give us a minute but she would not quit. When she put the food into the to go box her thumb was inside the styrofoam container letting the food possibly come into contact with her bare thumb. The next container was a foldable red and white box. When the person with me was looking down at the food choices, the employee put her fingers inside of the container and began to rub them all over the inner walls. I put a report into the health department online. I will follow up with them. This was the 2nd encounter with her, the other one was last summer. She was the same way hounding so we could view the food. She was picking out the vegetables and leaving the meat. She gave small portions letting it fall off the spoon. Due to the managers reaction when I reported her, and due to the employee own actions I believed this was racism and in all aspects an assault. When I called to report the employee the manager not knowing her name I gave a description, a short heavy set middle aged latino woman. She snapped, "We are a diverse company" making it about race and her personal politics showing no concern about the service. If you are white, watch out.

This restaurant is located in a little bit of a rough neighborhood, but that doesn't stop them from delivering excellent service and high quality food. Our server Jasmin loaded the plates up good! A 2 combo plate * medium drink is $12.10. Pretty reasonable price for a good hot meal. The only downside to our experience was that we entered at 8:40p and had come from a Christmas experience at Opportunity Village. We wanted to wash our hands and they said their policy is to close the restrooms 1 hour before closing. We still had 20 min to go if we're being sticklers about time. But we had ordered 3 plates to eat in the dining room. So if we had to use the restroom, we wouldn't be able to do so. And that sucks. But alright, if my young children weren't able to hold their pee and poop I could totally have them pop a squat outside the establishment if absolutely necessary :/

Very friendly staff and there was plenty of fresh cooked food at this location which is hard to find. Many locations seem to always be scraping the bottom of barrel. My teriyaki chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender inside. They also had some awesome Lychee sparkling water which is super good!

Normally I don't do reviews but this needs it, I asked Liz for an adult 2 item and a kids plate.. plates were half of the food they normally put (my fault) for not looking until I got home? but the kids meal you guys can see for yourself, half plate of something already small ... just seems Liz was bothered by me asking for multiple items..

Avoid this location for the best interest of your health... I got a plate with honey walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli and fried rice. Everything was good except the broccoli, it look slimy but assumed it was just soaked in the sauce from the beef, then ate a piece and my appetite was gone instantaneously... SOUR ROTTEN BROCCOLI! Bleh! Then I went to inform a crew member and I spoke to Jackie, let her know the issue and there was no sign of addressing it or even trying to accommodate me... even if I didn't accept the offer, the Customer service was never presented... Bring customer service back!
