Hey all. I just applied. If I get this location. I will make it an experience you'll enjoy. I've been in the restaurant industry. I believe in being real with the guests. Hope I get the opportunity to serve you all.

Bad, small portions. Bad service. Not friendly . Hours were not accurate . Even after discussion the service team was cutting corners not adherence to customers and patron request for food. The Santa Fe establishment should consider other fast food chains for the Asian cuisine.

Just ask for a lid and straw and they denied...We cannot give it to you....I had already purchased a Gatorade and put it in a cup. Just needed a straw amd a lid for the cup...

The only thing I liked was the sizzling shuffle. And they got rid of it. Bad choice. That's the Only thing I found that I like. Yes, I don't eat a panda anymore..

There are 4 Panda Express locations near me. But this location at the Santa Fe Casino is terrible. The chow mien noodles was a mix of old dry and fresh noodles. The fried rice was dry and tasteless (it's not a Chinese wok cook back there who cares) . The same can be said for gloppy entree choices---nothing fresh n tasty hear.......This is also the first location where they don't allow refills if you purchase a small beverage cup---you have to buy a large cup! ......even worse was watching the Hispanic female servers practicing selective racism when serving customers---there were four Hispanic guests in front of me ---their two item combination meals were given heaping amounts of their fried rice/chow mien and entree choices. When they plated my choices they definitely were MEAGER.....but then I realized this location is in the Santa Fe Casino and I guess I gambled with choosing horrible Panda "greedy I don't care about the customer" Express --And please don't discount me! I'm Asian and usually I drive the 12 miles to go to our Chinatown here in Las Vegas to eat real good Chinese food! Our local neighborhood suburb Chinese restaurants are awfully bad but in a pinch Panda Express has been ok.

Se4vice was great. Food was stacked onto each other and they served from the bottom and not mix it up. Which mean you will get old and dry food. And thats what I received. It's not the employees fault. However management should ensure that the food is prepared and set up properly to avoid any closures in the future by not having safe food practices. ie too much at one time just sitting there getting dry. I had the chowmean and rice with Orange Chicken. Mostly dry food. I just took it to the chin. Added soy and sour and sweet sauce to compliment my taste buds and ate my meal. That sums it up. Hope you get a hot and not cooked dry chicken.

3 stars are not for quality of the food, is for the fact it is 12:00 and they are nowhere near ready to be open. So try back again in an hour to see if there's any chance.

We are new to the area, and the Happy Panda in Oregon was always so good and fresh, not so here! food was horrible. Noodles were mushy and cold, rice was dry and cold, they did not have the shrimp that has been advertised, chicken was tough and overcooked and cold. So disappointed in this Happy Panda needs to have someone who cares about serving fresh food working here. Should at least serve hot food! Would not recommend this to anyone!

I arrived at 7:45pm and they were already closed for business. Looked like they had been closed for awhile. I asked the gal that was cleaning up what their hours are? She said Monday through Friday 11am to 8pm. I went some place else that was cheaper. Panda Express is overpriced anyways.

Showed up an hour + before they closed. Apparently they only had 2 out of their dozen entrees available without a 25+ minutes wait on a friday night?
