It’s 4:20 Somewhere

These people cannot seem to get an order right in the drive thru. Consistently giving the wrong food or just straight up not listening to your order. They rush you through the drive thru and start saying your order before you finish ordering. Happened again today with a different employee, avoid this drive thru.

This locations is terribly inconsistent in what they require for you to pick up your order. AND seem to have frequent issues with orders coming through in a timely manner from the mobile app. The staff are fine and the food is well prepared, put pickup can be a giant pain to do. Be sure to bring in your ID, **AND** your mobile app, **AND** your confirmation email. Also be aware there is at least a 25% chance they will hand you your food, no questions asked. Also, paeking during peak hours can be in short supply, and the lot is pretty cramped. Not a great place for trucks.

This is one of the stores that I come often but after this I will NOT!I order to driveway 3 large plate the lady told me to wait on park on the lot.Order my food at 8:04 it was 8:15 i got of my car and ask the manager name yhari if my food was ready and told her I been waiting more them 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring my order out!Instead of her apologizing she said okay let me check oh they’re getting it ready.I ask what took so long for me to get my food?The manager Yhari answered me with an attitude and rolling her ugly eyes at me said we had alot of cars! You want some drinks?I was not asking for nothing and I am not the type of person that likes to complain to get something FREE.When I get home my food was cold and missing the firecrackers shirp I preferred for them to keep the $1.cents them to go back and be treated bad.I don’t understand why this ppl are in this positions when're they don’t have no customer services!Yhari get some lessons on how to be a manager and how to treat customers.Maybe you are in the wrong position !

The food was good. The bathroom smell was DISGUSTING! Literally we were gagging at the smell. I told a worker and she said, "oh you don't like the smell?" I said "no, it's nasty, we were gagging, it needs to be cleaned or air freshner!!!" No one went in to check and as I was eating I started to smell the bathroom smell coming into the restaurant area. Not good!

Convenient location. It’s just outside the little outlet. The food is delicious but the portion is not generous. Selection is not as good as other Pandas. The portion is like 2/3 of most others. The server is sweet and patient. The inside is very coral. Somebody is wiping down the place all the time. Outside seating is amazing. Will return.
