I went through the drive-through. There was a very very long wait and when I finally got my order, they handed me the bag with no utensils, soy sauce, or anything in it except for the food. This was not good customer service. Not sure what was happening, but due to the two star rating seems they might need to find ways to improve.

First time visiting this location and it was a good first impression. Outside esthetic looks clean, modern, and new. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant since no one else was in line. Inside looks clean and well ventilated. Came in to order a takeout lunch. All the selections look fresh and tasty. I got the classic orange and kung pao chickens with all chow mein. In and out in less than two minutes. This was the quickest visit I experience at a PE. Overall, I would come back to this location again for some Chinese indulgence.

Always a horrible experience, I went to check the bag to see if all my items were there but once I had checked I realized that not only my side orders were not in the bag, they didn't even give me a receipt but instead the put the Grill Ticket. Ridiculous!

This location has cut back on the food portions and charging more money so I won't be there other locations give you more and you feel like you're getting your money's worth when I asked for a little more they said they would have to charge me so why won't be

Haven’t eaten here in years I might go try it next Christmas possibly.
Drive thru was fast but only had 4-5 items available at 11am. Broccoli and beef was old, shriveled up, and salty. Orange chicken was perfect. Overall 2/5.

They are rude the portions are small the girl CECI was the rudest ever had the angry comment toward me I would not recommend this place at all. She asked if I ordered a plate I was confused because I ordered a to go 2 entree meal in the Styrofoam container when I said I didn't need a plate she put my food back I said that's actually my food she said well its a plate I was like what do you mean she said I'm moving forward now what a rude kid I mean why by so mean when I'm spending almost $30 at panda sometimes 2xs a week I'm never going back to this location ever.

This place barely gives you any entree it's all rice like it's $12 for a 2 entree meal and other pandas give you plenty of meat this place is consistently giving me small portions also the girl CECI was so rude to me. She's one of those entitled kids she's rude disrespectful and should be fired I highly do not recommend this place at all.

Placed an online order 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time. when I arrived (on time) they had already placed 3/4 of the order in the carry out boxes. I was told it would be about five more minutes until the last item would be done. I told the employee that I would be more comfortable if they remade the entire order when the last item was ready. She said "we just now put it in the box" And walked away. It was about a five minute drive to my house after I left with my order. We opened the boxes immediately . The food was not good. I believe the entrees had been sitting under the heatlamps for a while. Orange chicken tough as a rubber boot sole. The only part of the meal that was edible was the fortunate cookies.. My wife's comment was "yeah... I don't wanna go back there again for a long long time."
