I eat at this location every week, but no longer. As mentioned in other comments, the rice is undercooked and hard. In other words, the cooks, servers, manager and owner really don't care what they're putting into your Styrofoam container! There is no quality assurance that you're getting a good meal....as long as you pay your money and walk away....they made their sale. Tonight I got FR, Kung Pao chicken and Bejing Beef. The servings keep getting smaller, KPC was almost all vegetables and the FR, yep, still hard!I'm done with Panda and will spend my money at the other food outlets who care about the product they are serving.

These people who work here need to learn how to cook rice - it is not meant to be rock rice! What is that? Undercooked hard rice. Also, they tend to leave it in the service tray too long so the bottom layer becomes burned, yet they serve it. The orange chicken lacks any and all resemblance to orange! It is basically some other unidentifiable flavor.

I found the restaurant at par and good serving sizes. I decided to take a photo this last week to support the restaurant. I found everyone kind and helpful.

Food/Taste/ - just needed a bite to eat at night so picked up a large side of chow mein. How we expected to taste but it's a bit oily and the cabbage was slightly bitter. The current promotion of Lunar New Year gives a free egg roll which was not very good. - worker seemed ready to get out of there so the container wasn't filled quite all the way. The cashier was super friendly though! - opened seating as it's a food court in Red Rock Casino shared with other shops so most of the tables had crumbs on it or were sticky.Value for - great for late night when we just needed something simple and quick

Took 15 minutes to get our food. Portions were small.

Everyone complaining about portion size and price hasn't been to a McDonald's recently. Everything is experiencing shrinkflation. At least this place is open until eleven for anyone who can't tell what time it is because there's no clocks or windows in the casino. If you get the orange chicken fresh, it's crispy and tangy. Apparently, there's some rewards app, so I got 20% off my meal, so it's worth using the casino free wifi and downloading the app while holding up the line figuring out how to make an account.

Ordered pandas last night before they closed and woke up to the worst food poisoning i've ever had. I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. I'm not sure what caused me to get sick but this ruined the whole morning for me and I hope they do a better job at preparing, monitoring and cooking their food.

They keep the stream table so clean! It is the type of steam-table clean you would see on a commercial or some sort of promo pamphlet that the new marketing department put together because the CEO requested it. I love it! Do you know how many times I see the rice scattered all over the area because they didn't clean it. You know what I mean? But listen, the crew here already took care of it, so it's basically not even an issue anymore. Do you like orange chicken? Neither do I . So hey, order something else. Or eat elsewhere. Both are options you get to explore. As you were.Vegetarian options: The rice is made from real rice.Kid-friendliness: Do your kids like rice? What about orange chicken? Then you can bring them here. They serve both.Parking: You can park here because of the parking lot. That's why they built it around the same time they built the facility.Dietary restrictions: What did your doctor say about your sodium intake? Depending on their advice, you might consider eating elsewhere. Or here. It depends.

All Things Considered it is Panda Express after all! Every time I go to this location they are making fresh entrees and the customer service is always really really good. The manager always seems to be a hard worker and helping lead his crew by example. The girl who serves and works the cash register is always very sweet. I would recommend this location to anyone hanging out in or around downtown Summerlin who's craving some quick, inexpensive Americanized Chinese food. Especially if you are with picky small children, who would love some Americanized orange chicken. The prices have gone up a little bit but it still seems comparatively appropriate. Fortune cookie included.

They were so rude, wouldn't give the discount we get, the manager was so rude and the food is terrible. Won't be coming back. Guy behind me had to ask for his spring rolls he ordered and teriyaki sauce he should've gotten. RUDE

Fried rice is extremely bland with countless hard dry rice. I've seen them put the old rice back in the wok to cook it again. Nasty.
