First thing I noticed when I came in. There was a really loud annoying ladies yelling over everybody. I went to grab napkins and a fork. The floor was so sticky... Then I got to the food.My first bite was terrible. The chow mein was unedible. The Fried Rice was Superdry. Orange Chicken was mostly breading. And only a few pieces of chicken in the kung pao... Avoid this place!!

Service was a little slow but the food was great. I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family on a Wednesday evening and there were only three or four employees working. With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.

Came for lunch around 2:30, they don't greet you. The server was handling a big order and when assisted me, he just asked, bowl or plate? They were missing a bunch of protein, everyone that walked in including me had to wait over 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken- where was their low call to be ahead/ready?! After i paid, i heard they started handing out water cups to the people after me; where was mine for the inconvenience of waiting? My other sides that i ordered on my plate were cold, so of course i asked for my whole plate remade fresh! To top it off, they had no napkins and staff members were clueless as where they could find more, luckily they were finally able to restock. Can't believe had to pay full price or no compensation offered for waiting 20+ minutes because they forgot about my order. Gave me 1 fortune cookie:) Panda went downhill.

We did have a bit of the wait for the orange chicken. It was their rush hour and they cooked it fresh for us and the ladies behind the counter did an amazing job keeping everything organized and getting people threw the line. Definitely enjoyed the food. - my sister was kind of pissed she forgot out fortune cookies but that Hoe never happy

It's a Panda...food was good, not great. Place was clean and attractive..staff was friendly if not just a little bit too friendly with the conversation..but I'm usually complaining about staff not interacting.

Today My orange chicken was raw, the Sprite tasted horrible and when I brought these issues up to the staff…all I got was a “sorry it’s the end of the night.” She could have offered to rectify the situation, but didn’t. Totally unacceptable. I will never in my life go back to this location.

Great services! I love the way they greet me every time I come in! The food was amazing and fresh I love it when they cook the food fresh for me! I love coming here when Jen and mellisa is here their always friendly and always happy to help me! Kinda girls. Many people here try to diss this place but doesn't realize that they themselves are rude or just not understanding! I definitely recommend coming here love the ambiance!

Rude staff. A Hispanic girl at night was arguing with me about my order and threatened me after I started to get frustrated for waiting. I had to wait over 30 minutes, and she refused to give me my order. After I repeatedly told her the correct information and watched everyone with their mobile order go in just fine. I will never be coming back here again after this altercation. Also, none of the food is fresh and looks dry and shriveled

So know when you order, you tell them "fresh" or they can serve you soggy, sitting there forever entrees. Also my 14 yr old grandson went to go wash his hands and bathroom door was locked. He waited and a cook and a female manager came out. I adressed with a supervisor and didnt feel she cared so I have addressed both these issues via email with Panda, and no response. We will not be visiting this location ever again.

They rarely have the dishes you like and when you ask for it, they give you grief, as if you are inconveniencing them. Not my favorite place.

I got an email letting me know that a certain percentage of the money taken in by Panda that day would be donated to the Old Mormon Fort in Downtown Las Vegas when you used a donation code on your order. It has been over 10 years since I've been to a Panda Express. I decided to help out and ordered from the newer Panda near me. I ordered on the app for a specified time--white rice, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I got there a few minutes before my pick up time, but it was not ready yet which was good. The woman looked at the order on a screen and put the three items in a styrofoam container. I was home quickly. There was no plastic in the bag which is OK. I have chopsticks. The food was exactly what I had remembered. It was OK. I knew I wouldn't be getting freshly made food. The orange chicken was OK. The Beijing beef was supposed to be spicy. It wasn't. I doubt I'll be a customer here except if I need to get a quick meal. It is close by but so are other quick Chinese places with made to order food.
