The food was delicious and fresh until I got to the bottom of my food and discovered several pieces of short black hair.

I came into the restaurant at 8:59PM wanting two meals. I noticed the rice was burnt so I asked if fresh rice that was not brunt could be made and I was told no! The manager words were, “it’s not that burnt, it’s just this little piece right here” and proceeded to stir the brunt rice and let me know because there was so much of the rice they will not be making more!! How horrible!!! The rice is always brunt at this particular location!!

Updated Review:If you are going to claim to have new hours and be open at 9am, you should have food ready to serve at 9am. Having to wait 20mins for anything to be prepared is not acceptable for guests who arrive at the time you say your opening your doors. Not the service level I expect from a corporation.Origional Review:There is always too long of a line. There are two cash registers but I never see them using both at the same time.

Location was one we'd not visited before. While it was busy & we didn't pre-order via the app, it was fully staffed, the food bins were fresh & full. The line started at the doors but we were eating within 10 minutes. Well done!Vegetarian options: We're not vegetarians but all bins of food selections are marked also whether they're SPICY too.Parking: Parking lot shared with others in strip mallWheelchair accessibility: If you can get one, they do have a couple of wheelchair accessible tables.

The Kung Pao Chicken smelled and tasted burnt. "That's just the peppers and it is always served that way", per the employees. Well, it tastes like shit that way so I am probably not the only person that ended up throwing the meal away. Pro Tip: Dried peppers should be warmed to release the aromatics and do not require being charred so the entire dish smells like a smokey diaper. Terrible restaurant and terrible staff.

ok yall gave me my order wrong but what i wanna know is who made the kung pao chicken at 10am on january 14th, 2024. CAUSE THAT SHIT WAS PERFECTLY SEARED OR GRILL OR WTF EVER THEY DID. most panda's i've been to make their chicken taste boiled or lightly sautéed in the sauce, BUT THIS ONE, tasted perfectly cooked. i taste the smokiness. honestly, i was pissed yall fucked up my order. but the way the kung pao chicken was made this time was just wow.

The food was decent. It just seemed like of the three employees that helped us, things for mixed up going down the line. Had to remind them to do certain things, even then we were missing teriyaki sauce when we got home. Just check your bags before you leave, make sure you've got everything. Probably the first time I've been back at this place in a year. It's fine, but I'm not rushing back.
