The servers gave me large portions this time. The flavor of the food was mediocre though.This place has a very large dining room.I came on a quiet day for lunch. There was no line And I got my food very quickly. The food was warm but not hot.There was plenty of parking.This particular panda express is just like all of the other panda expresses in the city.I would come back here to eat again.

They're out of everything but orange chicken The beef and broccoli.. ?? 99% undercooked broccoli(hard as raw broccoli) no sauce and it was lacking beef ?There was only a few chicken items that looked like it was lacking meat ....Disappointing...I just left hungry and irritated.. we won't be coming back...

My first visit did not fail me. I would like to recognize their manager & staff of this outlet: Ms Eunice & Mr. Sergio for an outstanding customer service of assisting me in my orders. Mr. Sergio asked me if I’m a member of the Panda Rewards and was able to sign up and scanned the app gave me 20% discount on my Family Meal. The location & store layout is great and clean, parking is accessible, close to 215 exit decatur.I Strongly recommend this Panda Express Outlet in North Las Vegas!!!!

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE AND HAS SUCH A GREAT ATTITUDE!!! it’s nice to be treated like an actual human being when ordering food that you put into your body. my experience at the N5th store with (ADI) NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION hindered my taste on panda express. we thought to give it another chance at a different store and WOW! we will definitely be coming back to this one ?? Pretty sure when you go to Panda Express you know what you're getting & the quality... taste... and variety are all the same across the board. Why is that you ask... Not due to some high corporate standards... nope... it's due to all the food being pre-made shipped in and only needs to be warmed up... there is no authentic cooking going on there! But nevertheless Panda is tasty... we all love it! My meal was just what I expected... The same old taste... same old selection and the same old over cabbaged noodles I keep going back for! lol. Unfortunately they keep making their portions smaller & smaller for the same price... quite disappointing... The only real difference by location is the service. The service I received in this location ran about a 6 out of 10... not terrible.... but far from outstanding... about what you would expect from fast food! Go ahead getcha some!

I have to say this is by far the best Panda Express I’ve been to in Vegas. I came in after work and ordered a family meal with a plate of 3 entrees. I was told there would be a 10 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken which was no problem. And I asked for fresh walnut shrimp which was only halfway gone and they made a fresh batch. Literally everyone was so kind and friendly!! I was given a cup to get a drink for my short wait. The whole crew is amazing!! Food hot and fresh. So happy this location is close to me. Great customer service is hard to come by and they all did really go above and beyond. Atmosphere was great and the lobby was extremely clean. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Save you time going here they’re always closed at times they’re supposed to be open & closing earlier than the time it’s stated they should close. & when they’re open staff is rude, so again don’t waste your time driving to their store chances are they’re
I ordered the three entrée platter and while it was good, I received mostly chow mein and not nearly enough meat. Not a good value for the cost.However, the customer service was very good. One employee ended his break early after noticing the line growing longer. Another employee made me smile simply by his cheerful demeanor. Both were greatly appreciated.

The people who serve have always been super welcoming!! Especially Sergio! He is hands down the reason I come so often. But over the last month the atmosphere has had a big shift. People used to be so nice and cheerful and now it's somber. I have a feeling it's to do with some new management as I've seen them bark at Sergio!! Don't know what he can do wrong when he is the example of perfect customer service that is quick while still making everyone feel special. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!

I want to say to do better with customer service. Upon being served by Sergio today he congratulated me on the pregnancy. When I expressed that I am not in fact pregnant his response was "well then what happened?"I find that very rude and offensive, regardless of if I'm overweight or not.
