I tried to eat my food but it was cold and old, I took it back to them, asked for either a refund or a refire, they said no to both. There is no manager, to assist. Just two young ladies with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I go to palace station all the time, I will never eat at this panda express again. Especially with so many other food options available

We tried Panda express tonight. Not bad. The original chicken was really good. The honey walnut shrimp was just okay. Overall not bad

Went in saw that they had a new item. The Chill shrimp so like usual I asked if I could have a sample to try. The server said they dont do samples. What if I didn't like it and paid the money for these shrimp I would of been mad. And then usually when they as you if you want tice or chow main. I said rice she put 1 scoop and it didn't even fill up the spot where the rice go.
