Not sure this is the Panera I went to. Sorry if it's not. I don't live in Nevada. People nice. Food so so. The bread is tough and chewy , the turkey chili very bad.. I sampled it only. Coffee depends on who makes it. Too expensive. A cookie for 3 dollars. As bad as Starbucks pastries. Employees nice. Problem: someone stole approximately 10 dollars off my gift card, and well they just don't know what happened, so because their employees or someone may have more need than a woman...read full review
Waited a long time for my order of soup and a sandwich and smoothie.Soccer team came in 15 minutes after me and they all got their order first.Very very poor organization and management. Two people taking orders very few people filling them.Parking: Too many businesses not enough parking.

The breakfast was good, the service was ok, the delicious hot chocolate was the worst hot water I tried, not recommended. I asked to change it and they gave me another hot water with more whipped cream and a little bit of chocolate syrup. Now I’m going to drink water in another place. Not a good experience, but the sandwich was good and the macaroni and cheese too.
