The Calzon bites were really good. I liked the wings but they were a tad mushy. Really liked the garlic stuffed pizza but not as "firm" as I like. Good flavor.

This place is horrible from the delivery driver to the Cook to the manager, the delivery driver gave me attitude, the cook made a pizza with all mushrooms, even though it was supposed to have half mushrooms then they sent the wrong pizza after they remade it and sent a pepperoni pizza. Which brings me to my next point the manager isn’t worth anything. How can a manager oversee a driver who is rude and continuously send out the wrong items. This place needs a new change of employees starting from the top if I were you, I would save my money and order somewhere else that people will listen to you and respect you do not order from this place.
Ordered pizza at 5:15. At 5:45. It's said the pizza was out for delivery at 6:10 when I called I put on hold for 6 minutes! Hung up and called back! Nico informed me that I hadn't been made yet and that would be 30 more minutes before they made it and he was very rude. I now see why it's 2 stars!! Don't use this local they stink!!

I had the worst experience with the Papa John’s located at 3460 Sunset Rd Suite U, Las Vegas, NV 89120 last night. I ordered online via the Papa John’s website and my food was going to be delivered by Door Dash instead of a Papa John’s, which is only about one mile away. The delivery driver thought it was best to turn it into a 3 mile drive. The driver couldn’t even locate my house so I had to walk down the street to meet them. Once I got my food it was cold and look like it went on a roller coaster ride. When I called Papa John’s to complain the manager told me that she can’t give me a refund or exchange my pizza because I had to contact Door Dash since I placed the order with them. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t place the order with Door dash but she decided she didn’t want to hear anything then she hung up on me.

We haven't ordered from Papa John's in over a year, because we weren't having good experiences with food quality. I am pleased to say that seems to have changed. We took a chance to order tonight, and the pizza, wings and service were excellent. I needed to speak with the manager, and although they were busy, he was very pleasant and took care of my request right away. The girl who delivered our order was very nice as well. She also rang the doorbell as requested (you might be surprised how many delivery people do not!).Thank you for a good experience. We will be ordering from you again.
